Best Western Greenville Inn

The staff was nice.

Hair in the bedsheets. The room’s AC wasn’t on when we arrived, took a long time to get it to cool down. The breakfast was poor, the food ran out and the staff didn’t make any more.

The room was nice and big and we loved the sausage and egg breakfast with sausage gravy.

There were smokers smoking right outside the room and the room smelled like smoke.

It wasn’t a 2.5 star as advertised. I was given room that has been smoked in. Then was switched to a room that didn’t have air conditioning. The worker told me it wasn’t his problem. It was a miserable and overpriced stay

The room smelled like weed horribly and they charge $22 per person over 12 years old if you have more than 2 people per room.

It smelled like weed. It was so bad I slept in my truck despite having paid for the night.

The bed the mattress made our backs hurt. The mattress are old. They need more pillows. They are old.

The staff were really nice, but they said their hands were tied on canceling the second reservation

Horrible pot/weed/marijuana smell and they changed my room twice on the first reservation I had and I tried to cancel the second reservation, but the owner refused. Terrible, terrible customer service! Both rooms stunk horribly.

Location was great

We were suppose to have a handicap room and when we arrived we got a very nice room but both of us are handicapped and hotel room was nice but it was on the 2nd floor and no elevator

The hotel was clean and near everything

As I was leaving and entering my car, someone from housekeeping asked did I need anything in my room. I thought she was talking about me towels. Me a little confused nodded no. Once i returned. I had no maid service. My trash was overflowing.

It was a great stay

We had book 2 nights and the front desk clerk only accessed our key for 1 night a little inconvenience but other then that our stay was great

Off the beaten path so quiet

Nothing much except quiet! Owners are Arabs and rude. Breakfast was average at best, owners were in the way the whole-time people were trying to get their food. It is rated way too high!

Hotel wasn¿t good at all

The hotel was the most horrible hotel ever. I walked in to get the key to my room and the man up front was rude Asf. He told me I had to put $150 deposit down when I paid online. It didn¿t say anything bout that online. I tried to explain that to him.

It was located right off the highway

It was a smoking room. When booking I was not given the option of smoking/no smoking. I have allergies I could not stay in that room. The desk personnel refused to give me a different room. This hotel was advertised as a 2.5 star hotel. It¿s NOT.

The staff was very friendly. The bed was very comfortable, and the room was clean. Checking in and out was a breeze. The location was perfect.

I didn¿t like this hotel.

It was not disclosed that the room we purchased was a smoking room. Traveling with two young children and a husband with severe asthma makes that problematic. When we asked the front desk about a nonsmoking room, she said there wasn¿t anything available.

When I booked I had no idea it was a smoking room. This was not disclosed at booking. Front desk clerk was extremely rude and appeared as if illegal activities were taking place onsite. We did not stay.
