I recently stayed at your hotel and had an extremely unpleasant and unacceptable experience. Upon entering the room, I was immediately hit with a strong, foul odor. I attempted to overlook it, but things got significantly worse when I laid down and discovered at least ten bugs in the bed with me. This was both disturbing and traumatizing.The room was clearly filthy and not maintained to even the most basic standards of cleanliness or hygiene. I was so unsettled by the conditions that I chose to leave after just one night—even though I had originally planned to stay longer. Instead of risking another night, I drove five hours back to Georgia just to avoid staying in your hotel any longer.This level of neglect is unacceptable, and I believe a full refund is more than appropriate given the circumstances. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone unless immediate improvements are made.Please address this matter seriously and respond accordingly.
