- Hotel Elevators- only one was working, working elevator, hallways and especially the stairs were very dirty. Walls must be super thin bc we could hear all noise above us, even what the guest were saying and especially the traffic noise.
- My hallway was experiencing renovations at the time. I stayed 2 nights and my room was not freshened up between nights
- Would love more front entrance parking options, but still very easy to park!

The manager went out of her way to help us when we ran into transportation issues. I have have logged nearly 900 nights with Marriot hotels and I have never experienced that level of service from a Marriot manager.

The staff was outstanding. One of the friendliest places I have ever stayed. The front desk clerk gave my daughter some chocolate from her "stash" since they were out of cookies when we arrived. So many good things to say but not enough room to say them.
The only negative thing I can say is that we couldn't seem to get the thermostat to keep the room a constant temp.
Very pleasant experience with the checking in and great customer service.
We've stayed here before and vowed to stay again and we did. The staff is very friendly and always accommodating. Will definitely stay again when we go down to visit our daughter.
