Hampton Inn Florence-Midtown

Quiet, friendly, clean, and breakfast buffet.

It was under remodeling - I could not use the pool and could not use the gym!!!!!

Hotel was in need of updating. Furniture in lobby, breakfast room in extreme worn condition. Room not much better. Beds and pillows bad. Hampton inns our go to brand. Very disappointed.

Beds are hard as a rock. Frame for the bed is the wrong size. Old wallpaper peeling off the walls. For -- a night this hotel was worth maybe half that. Late night check in staff was rude. Breakfast was bland. I would never stay here again

The location is good. The breakfast was good. Staff was friendly.

The bathroom fan didn¿t work, we could not turn off the a/c unit. There was a sign saying No Pets Allowed, but on arrival, a couple was leading a large dog out to pee. The room smelled like some type of flea spray.

It looked old an was not worth the money I could have stayed in the days inn down the street half the price would have been no different excepted a nicer room for ---- a night never do that again

Small tv only 37 channels bathroom was falling apart WiFi was hard to get on room looked like a cheap motel

The staff were all great and their breakfast was really good. We especially enjoyed the ladies that ran their breakfast. They went out of their way to make sure we were well cared for. We would return here just for that.

It was supposed to be non-smoking but we smelled cigarette smoke outside our door and in our bathroom every day. The bathroom wasn¿t as clean as I would have expected.

Location, convenient for fishermen with the outside electrical outlets. Staff very friendly and accommodating.

There was nothing that I liked best about this hotel. Disappointed with what we got for the price we paid.

This is probably the least pleased we've been with a Hampton Inn. Looked like an older hotel. Could not get a cot for the 3rd child. Looked like powder had been spilled in the bathroom floor and wasn't cleaned up under the vanity. Very disappointed.

Breakfast, reasonably priced, courteous staff, and proximity to work and restaurants.

I needed to use their business area - the staff were extremely helpful.

The room wifi was very slow.

I liked everything about this hotel. This hotel has a very friendly staff, a great location, and wonderful rooms.
