Hampton Inn Fairhope-Mobile Bay

Staff were wonderful. Hotel employee helped with check in. Hotel employees helped with check out also A++++ Hotel was awesome!!!

Great location in downtown Fairhope, with free parking in parking garage next door. Excellent staff. Fresh beignets for breakfast!

Sofa in room was cheap and uncomfortable to sit on.

Cleaning schedule for the room but we did get our request for towels and trash emptied when we saw housekeeping in hall

Room wasn't cleaned before we got there.Did not clean while we were there. Desk clerk changed sheets for us. Didn't empty trash. Nothing!!

Personnel was very gracious. Location was excellent.

Asked twice for change of sheets and towels. The desk clerk had to come up to do that. Did not clean room in a week. They said they've been having a problem with that.

The staff was excellent.

I requested a room as far away from the elevator as possible. we were placed next to the elevator. The bed was horrible and our view from the window was a WALL.

The parking and room weregood.

They had very noisy Constuction in the courtyard next to my room starting between 6:30am and 7:00am. No sleeping in.

The location is excellent - right in the middle of everything.

Housekeeping was subpar - food from previous guest was in refrigerator and water in ice bucket when we arrived

Location in downtown Fairhope can't be beat! Ease of parking also a plus. Breakfast is much more varied than I expected as at check in it was described as continental but it was a full hot breakfast.

We were greeted by a rude and unstable man at the desk who has no business being in customer service. Hotel is in serious need of updating- peeling wallpaper and worn carpet. There is construction going on now.

The bed!!! It wasn¿t comfortable. The sheets barely fit the mattress and kept riding up. For a deep mattress you need deep pocket sheets!!!!

Location, attractive room, friendly staff.

The location was perfect. It was nice and quiet. The staff recommended some great places to shop and eat. And they did not disappoint.

The bathroom wallpaper was peeling all over. The carpet was sticky... it appeared to be carpet glue coming up around the squares.

Smack-dab in the heart of Fairhope, which was great as we didn't have a car. All shops and restaurants were within walking distance. Good breakfast included, I happen to love waffles at hotels.

Covid has limited what any hotel can do.

I can't think of anything that was wrong with the Hampton Fairhope Alabama.

The very best thing about his hotel was the location. The downtown area is SO beautiful and we loved being able to walk to meals - bars - shopping. The room was comfortable and spacious and the breakfast was great. Highly recommend this location.

Interior, halls, etc. need updating and freshening up. Has dingy appearance. The parking garage is a sort of walk from hotel. Would be difficult for a handicapped customer. Parking spaces were limited. Expected more for the price overall.

Price and hallways are hot on 4th floor.
