Pros +
- NOT ONE THING. This place is a dump.
- Price
- Overall the room and hotel was nice. Some rooms are inside and some are outside, we had an inside room and it was pretty quiet. Nice flooring instead of carpet.
Cons -
- They advertised a continental breakfast. They didn't have ANYTHING! There was never anyone at the service desk. You had to call on their phone, and someone may or may not answer.
- One of the beds had been slept in, there was no shower curtain, and no breakfast (as stated online) or coffee in the lobby.
- Currently not serving breakfast as advertised. Saw 1 roach on the door as I was leaving.

Big and plenty of room
Housing keeping knock on the door 4 hours before check out
I was able to get a bottom level
The drinks and the drink machine was severely out of date. We checked in late because we were tired and when we woke up Saturday morning to take a shower we noticed that the shower had not been clean there was soap left from a previous customer and hairs.
The location.
The places I guess was under reconstruction. So the outside looked like it was falling apart. Our room was suppose to be smoke free but it smelled like stale cigarette. There was never anyone at the front desk to inform them my tv didnâ≢t work.
Close to lake
Outdated TV and tight parking for boats
The price. The coffee was good.
)Had to dial a phone to call the desk clerk to come check us in. The pillows were very, very uncomfortable, as was the mattress. Although the bedding was clean. The light over the sink took 5 minutes to light up. (Ballast needed for neon tube.)
Unfriendly check in. Had called weeks earlier for a downstairs but they said none were available at check in. Breakfast a joke. Never had coffee nor anyone manning the breakfast area. Dated building. Painted over areas without scraping old paint. Disappoi
It was clean
Room Door was dirty and full oily substance..really hated closing my door. Bathroom was small
Very friendly and helpful people; clean, quiet room
Not much of a breakfast. If that's important to you, you'll be disappointed.
Location
Nasty
It was located where we could easily go where we needed to go .The staff was very friendly and willing to assist in what we needed.
Went out of their way to be accommodating
