Easy check in, room looked clean, only stayed for a night sleep while traveling.

Smelled very musky and old. Not a pleasant smell nor ventilation

It really needs to be cleaned better. Every morning during the breakfast hours the staff would all be sitting in the dining area and that was a little disconcerting. I understand they need a break but I feel like that isn't the time or place.

Room Size was HUGE.

Coffee was from a Juice type Machine that poured Hot Water into the Cup, while it Injected Coffee Flavor into the Water... BRING YOUR 1-CUP KEURIG!

Staff was not friendly at all. Front desk staff was usually unavailable if needed service. Cleaning staff seemed annoyed when asked for assistance. (Example:on the day of check out, I was asked in very strong tone, ¿you checking out¿.

None of the amenities were available for use, Pool was down for maintenance, washer and dryer out of service, ice machine on second floor was not working. Ask to use empty conference room and was told it was not available. Breakfast was substandard.

Check in, no problem. Pool wasn't open due to maintenance.Continental breakfast was good. Room was clean, shower chair was broken.

Overall, it was an enjoyable stay after it was cleared that I had prepaid for my room: great breakfast and accommodating service.

Because of security concerns, I had to change rooms on my initial check-in because a door to an adjoining room inside the suite could not be adequately secured. Also, the small retail store for purchasing water or other snacks was never stocked.

Upon arrival,the clerk was unable to give us details about the rooms and Upon our departure, she would not give us a receipt.

the room had free wifi and free breakfast.

The bathroom sink didn't have a stopper. the bathtub drained very slowly water backed up in the tub while taking a shower. I went to breakfast and when I got back to my room they had cleared my room (the key would not open the door.

Former Eufaula resident. Returning to visit with family and friends. It was a very nice visit. The area was to die for. Everything was close, you could walk to restaurants and venues. Staff was very helpful and accommodating. Room was clean and abundant

I recommend this hotel.

There roaches behind the refrigerator the second night and I killed two roaches in the bathroom. We seen a total of 6 roaches the second night. We had to ask the front desk for roach spray I. In the middle of the night after midnight. Very unhappy!

We liked the location, it was close to shopping and restruants. The breakfast was very nice. The staff was courteous as well.

Great location.

The hotel could be a lot cleaner. The floors need to be vacuumed and the shower walls were pretty filthy. Furthermore, there was a waterbug in the room on the second which is alarming.
