Clean room, good working AC

I was told 3 different times before checking in that a HOT breakfast would be provided. Then I was told the same thing at check in. However the following morning there was NO HOT breakfast. There were some yogurts, packaged pastries, and STALE cereal.

The cleanliness and price of the hotel was reasonable.

The hotel staff in the dining area were rude. When asked if there would be anymore original waffle batter being made, she said all you will get is what you see. I?m not making anymore. Then, she verbalizing her distaste about cleaning the area.

Staff was exceptional

Elevator was not working and we were on the third floor with a lot of luggage to tote.

Access to the rooms being indoors and the continental breakfast was on point each morning.

The bathroom did need some repair near the tub.

It's a relatively new property and in great shape and clean at this price point

The hotel is very conveniently located and the rooms are clean and spacious. They also have a delicious free breakfast.

Quiet, clean, very good water pressure. Solid hot breakfast, contains biscuit with sausage gravy option, bacon or sausage, eggs and more.

Location was the most important, close to the hospital.

We had to wait between 30-40 minutes before able to check in. We were told your card didn¿t work so we had to call you to get it straightened out. First time this ever happened to us.

Clean qyiet

Gal who checked us in told us that breakfast was from 6-10. My wife went down at 9:30 and breakfast had ended at 9. Also at check in I had asked for an extra key. The same gal handed me one w/o coding it and of course it didnt work. Lazy was my impressio

Staff were rude when I told them my son and I got bed bug bites never said sorry or offer a refund just said they would check the room after we leave. I called the next day and was told mgm.was on vacation.room 216 has bedbugs but mgm are no help

Mgm said they had maintenance check the room only after we left and they say they didn't find any bugs we had just spent 12 days in a comfort inn in Kissimmee Florida and didn't have a problem this place gave my son and I bedbugs for Christmas don't stay

Everything was nice.

Bed was not that comfortable. Rooms not that sound proof, I could hear peoples doors shutting and talking in the hall. Tub was slippery so slip guards would be nice. Tv hard to use. They were new so no sheets on how to find channels.

Nice & clean. We stay here every year heading to vacation in FL. Staff always friendly.

I had to have surgery and the next day my appointment wasn¿t till 12:30 and they let me have a late check out with no problem .

Breakfast was very good.

No slip pad for the tube. Pool was still lock at 5 pm. Pool was not cleaned and the cap stones were loose. Elevator was very slow.

They had a nice Continental Breakfast.

There was no maid services, so guest were putting their used towels and trash outside their doors.

I didn¿t like anything.

I don¿t like the location. The carpet in the rooms are torn and the toilets are dirty. The room is dark and depressing.

It was close to the job. Lots of convivences around it. Several meal places within walking distance.

Never got housekeeping. There was a sign on the bathroom mirror to ask for housekeeping. We asked two different times for housekeeping and never received service. I took out the trash myself once and in the bottom of one of the trashcans was nasty wet!

Rooms are dated, peeling walls, toilet overflowed.

In Room 216, the carpet was torn and not well vacuumed. The lampshade at the bed was torn. There were tiles missing from the wall at the base of the bathtub. There was an unpleasant odor in the room. The furniture surfaces were sticky and smudgy.

It was reasonably quiet, a fair price, was clean and comfortable, and a good location. Oh, and the breakfast was good.

Poor wifi, and a chair that was almost broken.
