The lady up front was super friendly and straight to the point. The room was exceptionally clean. And the price was really cheap for the type of room it was. Wasn't expecting to look as good as it did.

Cook top/kitchenette and location

Non-smoking room reeked of cigarette smoke and odor became more pungent as visit progressed because cleanser sprays were not continually administered by cleaning staff. The couch was stained with grime. Towels were poor quality and unabsorbent.

Location

Dirty, noisy, uncomfortable bed.

The manager was amazing, the room was spotless!

The only issues was outside noise (trash pick up at the stores next door, traffic because it is close to a main highway). Since I was traveling by myself, the lack of sleep was an issue.

Most of the staff was fantastic. I asked and they would provide.

Manager was fake and money hungry. I cleaned our room before we left, the whole bit. Yet was denied my deposit back. She canceled my reservation made on site claiming computer error just to create a new one at full price vs whyndam reward price.

You get a genuine suite with full kitchen, full size refrigerator, spacious, very good bed.

Overall super clean room but sofa had seen better days -- a lot of better days. Complete mismatch to great room. Even with this, value for money was outstanding, definitely exceeds star rating. I preferred it by a lot to a recent Hilton "4 star."

It was like an apartment! With a full kitchen, living room, bathroom and bedroom.

It was located directly behind a Starbucks and man?s we could hear every order being placed in the drive-thru. Also, upon arrival our smoke detectors were chirping. Management just removed them from our room. They also didn?t put toilet paper in there.

Only one day in it.

Dirty stains on walls, ceilings, counters and chairs, yuck.

Towels were stained room was less than clean toiletries non existant

The room size was good, liked that very much.The young lady at the front desk was very nice and tried her best to accommodate

definitely not clean it can use a good cleaning, dirty socks where found in the room left behind; bed sheet had hole in had to wait a day for a new fitted sheet. Seems like they didn?t the needed supplies for the rooms It was not horrible bu can be better

Noisy locationroad noise and garbage trucks at 3:00 a.m. Room across parking lot outside doors. First room wreaked of smoke. Shabby furnishings. Just not 3 star quality in any way.

They said they were renovated but it was not finished; or at least I didn¿t think so. The hallway was in desperate need of a vacuum. I was there for 5 days and it was not cleaned once. The kitchen did not have a single utensil, paper towel, pot, etc

price but only at the $--- rate. I would have hated it if I paid $--- rate for this room.

Breakfast area had no seating or even a bar to stand at to eat. No trash can in kitchen area. only one coffee pack, no kleenexs, the hall way had not been vaccumed, the towels were subpar, very thin and rough, The remodeling was incomplete in the hallway

It had a bed

The night manager checking us in was on a personal phone call the entire time that we were trying to get checked in. It was rude and exhibited poor customer service. Room key was spartan. Serious lack of attention to overall cleanliness in the kitche

Fireworks or gunshots? All hours of the night and till the a.m. gun shots or fire works kept us up all night. The hotel the staff and the room were fine but no sleep because of the noise! It's November not July no excuses!

Gunshots or fire works had to make my child lay down on the floor in fear of her safety ! WILL NEVER GO TO THIS PLACE AGAIN! ALL HOURS FROM 10-3 IN THE MORNING ITS NOVEMBER NOT JULY

The lay out was nice

There was roaches and you could hear all the noise outside and people walking that was above you will not stay here again could of been clean a little better there was a blood stain one the top blanket and floor needed a good mopping

The rooms are newly updated and are suites (spacious). The owner and manager were both more than helping.

The blinds in the room. You could see through them, curtains are very much needed.

Spacious, clean, room. Desk clerk was very friendly.

TV in living room didn't work, but one in bedroom did. So, no big deal for just 1 person staying.
