Home2 Suites by Hilton Dothan

Super clean. Spacious room. Comfy bed. Friendly staff. Good hot and cold breakfast options available until 10. Conveniently located next to AMC theater and lots of food options. Pool is open all night. Loved it!!! Hotel employee at the front desk was so helpful!

Your website states breakfast is included. Does this include meats? Because, the cook Tia or Tee continued to pressure my husband and I to give her a tip to receive bacon. I brought this to the attention of Nancy (assistant manager). Horrible stay!

Convenient

There was food in the refrigerator, there was trash on the floor. There was mold in the shower

The pool was nice and some of the staff were good

The room was not very clean. The pull out mattress had staines. Wi-Fi did not work. Breakfast was ok but has no sausage or bacon. Some staff were nice but one lady ignored my son for several other customers even as he waited in line for a pool towel.

It was quiet. Room and common areas were clean. Staff was very nice.

It was not easy to find it in the dark coming off the I-75. It was much easier getting back on the interstate. We saw on website the hotel offered a hot breakfast. Unfortunately, the cook was out of town. We got toast, coffee, cereal, yogurt.

Really big room... it was incredibly spacious. In all my hotel experiences, this was the largest open bedroom I've had. Modern design, it was my first experience with Home2 Suites... clean, quick and quiet.

The room was nice and spacious as well as the bathroom.

The room was not cleaned well. We found hair on the bathroom counter. The door did not close well and we had to put a lot of strength into making sure it actually closed. There was no room service or normal breakfasts worth getting for my kids.

The location

Everything went wrong from start to finish

Nice but “Free Breakfast “...

Everything good except the breakfast in the lobby was so disgusting I threw it in the trash after 2 bites. The waffle batter had fruit in it so my kids wouldn’t even eat that. Rest of breakfast was limited choice and what was there was not edible. Cold “hot” things, stale trail mix for the the grit topping and I never found any butter. We had to leave and go eat at chick fila-which in thankfully nearby- unless it’s Sunday…..

The fresh waffles was the best part of the breakfast.

The breakfast was very little to be desired, it would be nice if you had a hot breakfast with choices, maybe fresh fruit. The cleaning service never did check on the room, replace towels, or empty the trash.

I had a wonderful experience at this location. I must say I was hesitant after reading the google reviews but decided to give it a chance and I am so glad that I did. This place is very clean and I was more than pleased with my room. As I opened the door to my room I was amazed at how roomy it was. I entered the room looking for flaws in the cleaniness and couldn't find anything. Whoever is in charge and responsible for the housekeeping is doing a great job!! My hat is off to you!! Thank you to that individual for a great experience at home 2 Suites!! I will stay at the property again. This is my new home away from home. Keep up the amazing work!! All the staff was very nice!

Everything was excellent!! No complaints!! Housekeeping is awesome!!

The location was great. Close to everything.

The only things that I would say that needed improvement was the cleaning and the staff. In my room, the coffee machine had grinds in it from the last person. The staff is not very alert and communication amongst each needs to improve.
