Some disrepair in the room? lights not working, loud toilet flush, paint stripped in spots.

They have a $50 deposit , i had to pay it since it was a non refundable room. Not only did they put that on my card they charged my card 3 more times @$54.55. Still waiting on refunds

The bed was the right hardness, the towels were fluffy, the room was mostly clean.

I asked non-smoking room, he put us in a room reeking of smoke. He said most people smoke in Dothan. Then he put us in a room with ripped curtain shears, dirty windows. The hotel had NO security doors - no breakfast, he lied about available coffee.

The worst hotel I ever stayed In. There were holes in wall. There was a big hole where the toilet paper holder .should have been. The room smelled of smoke. A terrible experience. Left at 4am because it was hard to sleep in that room.

The room was nice except it did not have a place to hang your clothes.

No place to hang your clothes, no Kleenex, no hand towels. The outside of the windows was dirty. No breakfast, even though it was advertised to have breakfast.

Nothing, they asked us to put up our shower curtain and make our bed when we ask for clean sheets. We never got clean towels.

Drug inf getting pulled over every time you leave the hotel and can?t sleep at night to loud

Guest relations worker(s) were kind and chill.

Room was clean... HOWEVER.. smelt like weed and/or old cigarette smoke, missing lamp shades, missing metal door lock/stop, towels and rags were washed but stained badly, there was no breakfast on BOTH days that I stayed because " they were out ".

It?s definitely was false advertising.

Out dated, very dirty, and the man at the counter was very sketchy.

There was no shower curtain and no toilet paper. An no breakfast

It had an opening during Hurricane Milton, it was very quiet at night, staff did not bother us, we were safe from the hurricane

No blow dryer, no coffee pot, a couple of bugs, beds so high that I had to have a boost to get in it, Certainly not the Wyndom experience I was expecting.

The hotel bed sheets were blood soaked and stained and blood splatter on ceilings and floor, got switched to different room, TV didn't work on either,extremely dirty,cockroaches and bed bugs many who booked same night left cancelled,i was to tired to.

Nothing worked. Bed not fresh lamps dead

Did not feel safe. Description on website was very misleading. The floors were coming apart in the room. The room smelled like mildew and marijuana. The lamps didn?t have lamp shades on them. There was no where to hang my clothes.

The pool

The hotel was awful, couldn't get the air down below 78, couldn't get the cable box to ever come on to be able to watch tv and it had bugs.

Price

All the rest. The room was not the one I booked. I was told I would have to pay additional fees once I showed up to check in in order to get the room I booked. When I refused I was put in a crappier room where staff kept knocking on my door.

Yes the room smell and appearance was horrible. I still have that smell today in my hair. This hotel needs an overhaul. I tried to get me another room at another establishment. A disgrace to the Wyndham brand.
