Friendly staff, clean room

Advertised free breakfast, but only had continental breakfast with minimal items. Not a deal breaker, but a disappointment.

Had a bed, and an AC that alnost worked

First room had deadbolt snapped off, frame was damaged and allowed light in along with heat. Door was dented on inside. Second room which replaced had damaged desk, and the sink was propped up with boards. AC was weak and on last leg. Pool proteusions

Mold in the rooms, dirty sheets and pillowcases. Staff refused to give us more. We had to leave at midnight to find another hotel. It was ABSOLUTELY disgusting. And the staff members were RUDE and didn¿t do their job AT ALL

Fridge was not working too much noise Friday night outside, I was told no floor rooms on the front and noticed 4 rooms on the front were empty for the whole weekend, issues with the keycard.

My room was soiled and the lock physically fell off the door. The frame had been kicked in and was filled with foam. The fruit was not fresh. There was no gym available as listed. This was not a safe or sanitary place to stay.

Dirtiest, most rundown hotel I have ever stayed. Bedspreads were stained & disgusting. The front of the refrigerator. The door had a visible gap all the way around it. They filled it in with spray foam around the lock area. The air conditioner loud.

Easy to access. Pool seemed nice. Couldn¿t use due to bad weather

Never know what ¿continent ¿ the continental breakfast will represent. In this case third world. Was clean but not much to eat. One of few choices was waffles but couldn¿t make it work. Low self esteem breakfast. Kinda insulting

Weird, cheap hotel room smell. Bathroom vanity had been shattered and then poorly repaired. Cheap TV remote barely worked. Breakfast room was not open at 6:15 am. This room was what it was but 2.5 stars is inaccurate.

i loved how clean the rooms where as with the general setting

i definitely didnt like the fact the breakfast wasnt really their definitely not a Continental but was only apples small muffin and a waffle maker thats it i also dont like the whole its due to covid to many places are using that to charge more for less

Saw a Roach and silverfish insect in the room the night we stayed- slept hoping there were no bed bugs !

Room smelled like a smoking room, and the bathroom door would not close. The bathroom door pulled apart when attempting to use it. Also, there were what appeared to be cigarette burn marks on the bathtub.

Absolutely nothing

The hotel was NOT clean. The door didn¿t lock, the beds had blood in it, and the bathroom and sink had dirt and blood. It hadn¿t been cleaned. If it wasn¿t almost 1am I would have left

The staff at the front desk was friendly. That's all I liked about the hotel. Everything else was gross. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone. It's dirty. It's falling apart. My room wasn't cleaned prior to my arrival. There is a major roach problem.

The broken door jamb, the missing security lock, the dirty microwave, the dirty fridge, the paper thin blankets, the roaches, the cracks and giant holes in the wall, the broken bathroom light, the busted toilet, the black mold, and the busted countertop.

The room we were given reaked of cigarette smoke. So we asked for a different room, but that one smelled just as bad and we gave up and endured it. It was disgusting. The polyester coverlet on the bed had numerous cigarette burn holes in it. AWFUL!

Room was filthy. Bathtub was dirty. Guests standing outside most of the night drinking and talking loud.

We stayed Friday and Saturday we left our stuff in the room and the lady that checked us in did not tell housekeeping we were staying another night and they took our clothes and my stuff out of refrigerator I did get my clothes back but not our snacks and

My deodorant wouldn't stay here again
