the Location and the cleanliness also easily accessible from the interstate and plenty of parking.

It was located near Alligator Alley. And the breakfast options were very good. The staff was very friendly.

The coffee, despite the different strength levels were all a bit too weak.

We looked forward to a bay-facing balcony. That was good, but the plastic chairs were a bit shabby, and the patio door was in serious need of fresh paint.

Breakfast ran out of multiple food choices an hour prior to closing of stated breakfast time.

The oatmeal on the breakfast buffet.

Poor television choices. There was no Alabama Public Television, no Fox News, or any other news channel that I could find. The tub is slippery. I had to hold on to the grab bar for dear like to keep from falling.

TV and phone did not work properly. Breakfast was not good. Picked over by the time we got there with an hour and a half to go. Everything hot was made with peppers which seems strange when feeding a crowd.

My wife and I are retired and travel from Florida to Texas quite often to visit family. We have stayed here several times and have never been disappointed. The staff is friendly and professional. The receptionist, Kennedy, is exceptional. We will be sta.

The hallway carpeting could use some TLC.

Location and price

I¿ve stayed in this hotel previously on upper levels and the room were better maintained - didn¿t appear as old as this room on the lower level.

The room location was absolutely perfect for us and our 2 dogs. Ground floor, right inside the door. Very quiet so the dogs were not overly stressed and barking at any strange soundsl=.

The beds were very uncomfortable. We tossed and turned all night but couldn't get comfortable.

The location of the hotel was perfect for anything and everything to do around Mobile Bay. It is close to tourist attractions, great restaurants and the bay view was terrific.

The only thing I wasn't pleased with was that in May 2023 they still had Covid restrictions about housekeeping changing sheets and towels every day. We stayed 5 days and 4 nights and the bedding was a little uncomfortable by the time we left.

We thought we were at Motel 6. We will no longer stay at anymore Hamptons. They need updates badly. Looked like mold in bathroom. Only one chair on deck. Just overall very disappointed especially for the price.

We love the location, very close to interstate. Nice grounds as well, near walking trail.

Room not ready albeit we arrived couple of minutes before 4:00 PM Front desk staff friendly but not very knowledgeable.

Great location, extremely quiet!! The view was amazing, didn¿t mind the cars on bay way at all. I actually enjoyed just watching the cars pass by. Breakfast was ok but hot and fresh as always. I used the app from beginning to end and it was flawless.
