After one night in the hotel I came back to the room to find ac & refrigerator not working. They did move me across the hall to another room. On the last day breakfast was not available. They did give a price break to the guest?s booked through them.

Snacks and popcorn in the afternoon that was offered to guest.

I had someone walk into my room while in the bathroom that did not belong in my room. Someone had made two room keys for room 111 which I was in. It was a scare having someone just unlock the door and walk into your room. Someone needs to be careful

Had a neighbor with loud TV for 2 days they wouldn't do anything about they didn't let us know the pool was down hit with 75.00 pet fee I wasn't told about until I was checking out .the property Mgr. Rude and unprofessional they must be desperate !!!!

Super nice staff

E we put a towel down on the bathroom floor and it was black when we picked it up. The a/c unit rattled super bad

The beds were terrible, spare roll of bath tissue was wet and stained, no housekeeping service for room for length of our stay. Noisy. Price was way above level of comfort.

The hotel was clean and the staff was friendly. I appreciated the extra steps taken to provide the complementary breakfast during Covid-19.

I wish the breakfast provided had been warmer, especially after having to wait more than 5 minutes for it to be cooked.

Rooms are NICE and CLEAN! The staff was polite.

When I booked the room it said check out is at 12 pm, however when we got to the hotel check out was at 11 :( . That's really the only negative experience I will definitely stay here again!
