The hotel treats you like family. They have home made cookies for guests. Their breakfast was more than just waffles like most hotels now

If I had a complaint it would be there is only one elevator.

Very nice staff. Great location

The room we had when the heat kicked on after we were in bed sounded like a freight train. It did it all night long and everytime would wake us up. Food was so so and they did not have several items out for consumption.

The room wasn't available at check-in time, check-in time was at 3 pm run wasn't available until 6:45 pm. We missed the wedding because we didn't have a place to shower and change. It was a complete nightmare

The hotel was very nice and the staff was welcoming and friendly. The breakfast was above average and had quality food and fresh fruit. I would definitely stay here again.

Breakfast was no better than a Comfort Inn. You would expect better from a Hampton Inn.

Only thing was the location- a little out of town but that really wasn't a problem as it was directly off the interstate and there were gas stations and a couple restaurants nearby.

We got a comfortable, quiet room in a convenient location for a great price. The hotel exceed my expectations in every way. I had a more restful, pleasant stay there than I had in hotels that cost three times as much.

I have nothing negative to say about my experience.

Smoking room when we did ask to change, the answer was "no more rooms". No way to know, but in the middle of the week and nothing is going on in town, ..There are few smoking rooms available anywhere in the country and we found the one!!

They had a wonderful breakfast with lots of choices. They offered complimentary coffee,tea and cookies in the lobby. The room was large,spacious & clean.Also rooms were very quiet, no outside noise. Staff was very friendly. We had an enjoyable stay!
