I liked the very cozy room and it had breakfast, that's a big plus

I did not like to see mold on the ceiling vents in the bathroom, and the floor didn't feel very clean when I was barefoot, also tv remote was dirty with food marks

The attitude of the check in Hotel employee was very rude. She ruined my stay. I was asking questions and she cut me off. Very unpleasant.

I was definitely not happy. We had no hot water to shower. The elevator was broke so we had to walk up and down the stairs. The sink had no hot water pressure. The tub laws so dingy it looked like it had not been cleaned.

The employee who checked me in late was very nice

Went for breakfast at 6:30 am and a contracting staff took all the hot food. Asked the front desk about food and she put out 4 sandwiches and corn dogs. Took the 4 sandwiches since there was nothing else and she called my room at 6:50 asking why I took

Had excellent stays at this property prior but my last a male housekeeper changed my attitude toward the property and most likely be back. Will stay at Greystone.

Upon checking out was filling my cooler with ice and a rude male housekeeper decided to verbally insult for doing so. Went down and spoke with the manager and asked if there was a limit on ice in the hotel since I heard contractors all morning filling

The hotel room was small but all usable space. Large bathroom and excellent water pressure and large bathtub. The entire staff was friendly and helpful

dirty, small, old, linen old, hot water faucet broken, corner rust, floor dirty marks, walls dirty marks, only 2 towels, only 3 pillows, side bed table is a bright whole room light, did I mention BRIGHT ? Breakfast seated area is IN THE FOYER, 2 feet away

Reception lady was really nice

Beds way to hard. All towels had dirt or stains on them. Fridge sounded like airplane. Ac unit raddle so much was not working properly. Walls are paper thin. You can hear everything next door. Too close to highway, extremely loud.

Location, and the a/c worked! Theses are the ONLY reasons I would even remotely recommend this hotel.

No elevator! There were tiny gnats on one of the beds, fortunately not actually bedbugs. There was NO HOT COFFEE in the morning!!!

The hallway was dirty and carpet very stained. The shower curtain rod was ripped off the wall on one side and barely attached on the other side. The comforter has a very fresh stain on it so obviously not washed. I will not stay here again.

Very clean and comfortable.

Manager on duty when we arrived did not greet us...had trouble smiling and we felt as though we taking up her time. The other two managers were very plesant and cheerful...one bad apple!!!

Staff was nice

Our room smelled like smoke. I¿m pretty sure the room next to us was a smoking room and the adjoining door did not have the rub seal at the bottom so the smoke was coming from it. There were no wash cloths and there was used soap left in the shower.

It was a good price

It was very cluttered + seemed to not be as clean as it should be. The room has a window seat with a cushion that was disgusting. The room itself had a strange odor. The hotel advertised Pet Friendly + we were evacuating from Ida the charge was crazy.

The place was a dump. Not ADA compliant. It didn¿t even have a working elevator. The room was so small that you could barely move around. There¿s barely a lobby and it was dark when we walked in. It didn¿t feel safe. Worst hotel experience we¿ve had.

The room was very clean. And the front desk she was very polite.

I didn¿t like the fact they don¿t have irons in the rooms. So we had to ask the front desk for an iron. And also they need to have extra covers blankets etc.

The power outlets and the USB Outlets did not work.... they still do grab-and-go breakfast instead of regular breakfast.... I tried to call front desk to check out no answer I walk to front desk nobody there I had to find a cleaning lady to find someone

Dirty and then some. Old and ripped toilet paper. Very dirty floors in bathroom and room. Needed to be mopped not just swept. Dirty and sticky floors that were gross to walk on. Front desk people were not into customer service
