- The staff could have more nicer an curtious I had to ask that I get My deposit back bc the Manager did not want to give Me My deposit back after he checked the room an saw there was no damages to the room!!! Also someone from Booking. Com charged $69.00 to an $36.00 to My debit card after I used My debit card online to book the hotel for Extended Stay America Hotel!!! I would like to know what can be done to get My money back from whoever charged My debit card???
