Room door (104) and back exterior door neither worked as expected. Both need to be replaced. Bed pillows were hard an uncompromising.

Close to food and interstate. Nice staff.

The hotel is filthy & smelled like smoke. They tried to cover it, but it didn't work. The shower was disgusting; it had mold in the seams that was easily wiped away. Hair on the sheets, on the walls, on the toilet. Room phone was broken. It's sketchy!

Walked in and got a room in 5 minutes once he finally made it to the front desk

I stayed once a month in this hotel and this time I got the worst room, Dirty everywhere especially the bathroom, old mattress and the shower curtain smells of urine

the hotel charged me a 100 dollar deposit for 1 night Ihad to wait 2 weeks to get my money back Thats ridicuous the person who answered the phone at hotel was very rude

I don't like how they operate I asked to remove my reservation until further notice and I was denied a later date and a refund .. I'm looking for a why to have this resolved immediately..¿¿¿¿

The location, parking and king size beds were as advertised. Appreciated the free bottled water.

There was much confusion over my reservation and my price ended up being higher than it was supposed to be. There was no exercise room as advertised. The closet doors were broken. A disappointing experience.

Prepaid for 2 rooms and they couldn¿t find the reservation so I had to pay out of pocket and wait on refund. Bathroom was not clean. Shower has lukewarm water. The elevator broke down and my elderly in-laws had to take the steps.

paid for a king suite with a jetted tub,,,, got there and was told they only had one and it was already booked,,, then was given what was supose to be a regular king suite with a cough,no cough,coffe maker was broke,nasty worst bday stay ever

Everything. Did not even stay here. The office staff was very rude, the room was disgusting, the front desk guy came and knocked on the door. Then opened the door on his own scaring my children. So much more to say negative about this run down hotel.

After choosing this hotel from a list of pet-friendly properties and making a reservation, they turned me away because I have 2 small dogs.

the tv volume was set to a loud volume and could not be turned down. the lady said it was to keep down noise complaints but the tv level was entirely too loud for me even. so we turned it off. also there is a $50 extra charge if paying with cash.

Staff were incredibly rude and dismissive and not in the least bit helpful. The room was not clean, the bathroom had clearly not been cleaned in a long time.

It was relaxing and it seems to get better each time I visit. Loved the pillows they have now.

The only problem I really had was the volume on the TV not functioning properly. Couldn't adjust the volume, or mute the TV .

Everything! The room was very old and stained. The bed was clean, but lumpy. Owners took over only 15 days prior to our stay. The lobby was under construction. You should not have advertised for until the whole (or maybe half) of the rooms were remodeled

The carpets were filthy, there was a dead cockroaches on the floor! I could smell weed throughout the hotel

Great location! Easy to find. Plenty of restaurant and food options all around the hotel! Great proximity to where I was going. Great double room layout! Free internet was pretty stable - perfect for work!

Poorly managed. My room was dirty. Floors, baseboards, lamps, & walls all stained. Bed was hard & not comfy. Hotel staff completely inattentive & never at the the desk. Residents smoke throughout the building, staff says nothing. Closet space nonexistent.

Rude staff, unclean rooms, broken furniture, staff allowed parties with loud music both in room and in parking lot each night of our stay
