The room was big and it was a great location.

The staff was friendly but clearly didn't care about being there. Breakfast both days was missing a lot of things.

Nothing. It was quite honestly the worst hotel I¿ve experienced in many years.

Appears they are slowly renovating it, dust everywhere. Halls smell like old pickle jars after theyve been in the trash a few days. Breakfast ran out of food. Staff horrible. Desk clerk stayed on speakerphone with her boyfriend all the way thru check-in.

It was not clean,I specifically asked agent to make sure it was a clean hotel. He assured me it was. It was awful and the staff at front desk was awful. Not helpful at all. Front desk actually gave us cleaning supplies to clean the room. Awful!!!

Location. Room was cool when we arrived, bed was comfy

There were black dirty boot prints all in our bathroom floor our deadbolt lock would not lock completely They offered to move us but we were too busy and had to get to our event hotel was undergoing construction and was VERY nasty out front pool closed

Breakfast was really good! A lot of variety items. I think I'll be returning in October. Hopefully the construction will be finished by then. Very quiet atmosphere.

Carpet is outdated, some mildew in closet and bath room. The iron and ironing board could be replaced. There was construction going on which made the appearance of the hotel not pleasant.

Convenient location

Staff was not exceptionally courteous; our bathroom didn¿t have a shower curtain; hotel overall looks pretty old and in need for some updates

The night person at the front desk was very friendly and nice and the bed was made very nicely made and comfortable

We were put in a handicap room we both slipped and fell in the bathroom no grip tape no anti slip at all we did report but nothing was done! We have bruising and a knot on the head

Accessibility from roadway

Breakfast. Coffee and prepackaged Blueberry muffins only. Blueberry was the only flavor. If you aren’t going to present more effort than that, why bother. No bottled juice, no cartoned milk. Get a better selection of pastries prepackaged.

Extremely bad experience overall: - the cigarette smell in the room - wifi was not working - very rude staff, did not really help with any request we brought.

Dirty, strong cigarette odor in the room. Very rude staff, they used obscene language to respond to any of our requests. We eventually canceled the second night in that hotel and moved to another hotel nearby, the same price but much better experience.

Bed wad comfortable

Ceiling light fixture was missing in our room. Dated, damp and unsppealing.

The location was great!

Some of the doors don't lock, the AC in the hallway didn't work on the 3rd floor and you can't access the hotel from any other entrances except the front door. This was a rainy weekend so this was not good!

Close to family

Some of the rooms had a musty smell. My sister had to change rooms due to a leaky sprinkler that dropped constantly onto the carpet which caused a damp mildew smell.

The staff was kind and friendly.

The Bathroom walls needed painting. The floors and tub was chipped. The heating would not regulate. Most of all the back door was not secure. It would not lock and did not stay closed.

The fitness room had broken equipment. We frequently had to get our room key reactivated. The room felt damp when we would return in the evening. The hot breakfast was not what we expected.

Friendly staff and easy location for Tuscaloosa football games. Breakfast was average. Clean room and decent comfort in the bed.

The adjoining room door would not latch and the dead bolt would not lock at all.
