It was a horrible experience! There was no one there to check me in when I arrived. I had to call a number and wait for service. Then my room key didn?t work and I had to call that number again and wait 20 minutes for someone to get on phone

The young man that helped me get checked in was so kind and professional.

The tv didn't work in my room.

It stank so much that I changed the room twice, but there was no change. I saw a lot of family members like Homeless, and the hallways rang at the television conch all night to protest the reception, but it was the other day

Had refrigerator with a freezer

Crowded and overbooked. Desk was closed or unattended too often.

The guest were nice made you feel welcome

Stealing money from people credit cards for early check in was not at all what I liked a lady before me was done like that then after I returned I discovered 100 dollars was removed from my card as well and I checked in at 3pm the staff is pocketing money

The front desk attendent was polite, respectful, and professional. They had good TV channels and the bed was comfortable. The hot water in the shower was perfect!

The first room I was in was on the 3rd floor and the room had not been cleaned at all. The hallway up there smelled old and dirty. I was moved to another room but it could have been cleaned better. The elevator smelled, too. The hotel was outdated.

They gave our room away even though we had prepaid. If it were me I would not have them as a coustomer advertising rooms at a lower or spevv V jail then giving your room away. We were in town for a funeral and had no where to stay. Not happy .

The location was close to the freeway and to a few stores and shopping centers.

The hotel was was an old hotel that was converted. The room I was in had a water leak on a stormy day and water came in from the a/c unit that barely worked and stopped working after the storm. My tv never worked from day 1.

There where no vacant rooms when we arrived having to get legal involved to get our money back

We were sold a dirty room.. maid left and room never was cleaned so we left and drove 4 hrs home

Nothing about the hotel was close to how it was describe while booking. I booked a double room suite non-smoking. What they consider a double room suit is a very small room with tow beds that fell like they were going to fell apart if you seat in them.

NICE QUIET DUCKED OFF ARE AND IT WAS NOT CROWED BOOKED HOTEL WAS VERY CLEAN AND NICE ALSO COZY AND QUIET

You have to pay extra for towels even if you booked the room for more than 2 people.
