Hampton Inn Alexander City

Staff could not locate my reservation Unable to get WiFi No refrigerator in the room to store medicine Hole in wall

location and it was a new facility

not clean in the shower and the rooms were not quite-lots of loud road noise.

Location, good breakfast, staff great

Short staffed for cleaning

Great location, friendly staff, easy check in. Beds and bathroom clean The hotel was fine for the one night quick trip to visit relatives in the area.

Television did not work, faucet in tub dripped, walls were dirty. Some general maintenance would have made for a better stay.

Staff very friendly and helpful

Request should be kept from when reservation is made thru check in. We asked and requested a sharing room and was guaranteed it but was not in place at time of check in

The morning staff member was kind.

The floor was sticky. The ENTIRE carpet. It smelled horrific. We asked for a room change as we¿ve never complained about a hotel room and we were told they were sold out and couldn¿t move us.

Very clean. Room was quiet. Breakfast is still Togo box.

Stay there years ago and it was a nice place the location is good!

Carpet is beyond cleaning needs to be replaced hallways and rooms walls need to be painted completely ceiling tiles stain from roof leaks! So-called continental breakfast was bad! Don't know for sure of a strange people were coming off the streets grabbin

The staff was very friendly and the hotel was very clean.

Water pressure in the shower seemed to be low.

Nice size room

Water was not hot at different times and no hot breakfast.

Location. Clean.

They had signs up that required guests to wear masks but did not enforce it. Most people were not wearing masks nor social distancing. Disappointing.

Friendly staff. Clean and comfortable.

Very clean and close to V A State Nursing Home

No not really but could have given discount when you are there to see a patient at. V A. Like UAB in Birmingham Al. But the hotel was great. Just a suggestion may make it easier for those people who live out of town.

The room was what we needed

The first lady that was there at the desk in the middle of the day was rude before I could even get to the counter

Room size and comfort

Good location, clean

location

old bathroom fixtures

Location and very comfortable beds.

Very worn, by far the worst Hsmpton Inn I've ever stayed in

Cleaniless of the hotel
