- The owner has a gift for hospitality. Fresh baked ginger cookies waiting for us upon arrival. Much concern for every detail and every precaution taken with COVID. Friendly cozy atmosphere made it feel like home. Every detail is thoughtfully executed.

- We loved the history and atmosphere of the Road House. We felt very welcome and the bakery items were excellent!The location is exceptional for visiting all areas of the town. Everyone was extremely friendly and helpful.
Cons -
- The rooms are small but adequate. But we felt that our room needed a new mattress.
- The building was not as nice as advertised.
- It wasn't really anything that we didn't like - it was just that we felt we might have disturbed the other guests because the floors creak a lot! But we came to love the quirky aspects and historical value of the Road House.
