- The location was nice as it wasn't too close to the crowds and ships but was still walking distance.
- The staff was accommodating. After checkout, we discovered that my son left his wallet at the hotel. They found his wallet and kept it securely until we returned at the end of the week. We greatly appreciate it.
- Good location for tourists attractions in Juneau
Cons -
- The beds felt like wooden planks with sheets on them, the pillows went flat as soon as you laid your head down, the bathroom was tiny as in I couldn't close the door unless I wedged myself between the toilet tank and the counter and the room was dirty.
- It would be nice if they had a breakfast restaurant
- I wish staff would have told us there was no housekeeping due to COVID. I just wosnt expecting it.
