Homer town center is 8 minutes’ walk away. Free Wi-Fi is available in each comfortably furnished room at Ocean Shores Motel. A cable TV, a microwave and a refrigerator are included in all rooms. Rooms feature a private entrance, a dining area and a terrace or a balcony with large windows and local views. The Homer Spit is 5 minutes’ drive from Motel Ocean Shores. - Proximity to a great restaurant
- Beautiful view in a great location, with an easy walk down to the water. Very friendly, helpful and accommodating staff. Spotlessly clean room!
Cons -
- The walls of the building we were in were made of cardboard, and the people above us were so noisy. We could not sleep. The toilet stopped up from the minute we checked in. Our view was of the owners garage. Definitely not what we expected.
- In an area with sunsets after 11 pm at night and sunrises before 5 am room darkening blinds are a must! This room was like sleeping in daylight. It was impossible for me to have a good nights rest. All the stars live with room darkening shades.
