The hotel is under major disrepair. The concrete stairs and ledge walkway leading to room was cracked & broken into several loose pieces that we walked over. The room was severely slanted which indicates a major foundation issue. Smoke smell, etc.

It's an affordable option right on US 395 in Lakeview. Clean and had a wonderful staff. We called ahead because of heat that our Classic car didn¿t like and they had a room ready so wouldn¿t have to be arriving in 95 degree heat. We thanked them very muc.

It's an affordable option right on US 395 in Lakeview. Clean and had a wonderful staff. We called ahead because of heat that our Classic car didn¿t like and they had a room ready so wouldn¿t have to be arriving in 95 degree heat. We thanked them very muc.

The clerk called because it was late to see how far we were because she was going to lock up but we were 10mins away she waited and was super friendly and helpful.
