This hotel came up as pet friendly. When I arrived they informed me they were, in fact, not pet friendly and I could not get a refund. So I was out $70 and had to pay for a different hotel. Unacceptable.

Extra fee on top of paying for the room, that was totally not expected considering the room had a goldfish cracker, and something that looked like a chocolate chip cookie dough ball? Neither of which I ate while in the room.

Nothing. Talk about filthy. Lack of customer service. They had no plates for breakfast and no juice. Place looks nothing by like the pictures. Fights and yelling and smoking in the building. Great pool and jacuzzi yet dirrtty Like nothing for breakfast.
