This hotel is off of US Highway 31 and is 2.5 miles from downtown Holland, and 9.5 miles from the beach at Holland State Park. - Staff was friendly and very accommodating
- the breakfast was good, the hours great. the laundry room was good,
- The room was recently remodeled and clean. I loved the shampoo conditioner and body wash in the shower.
Cons -
- When I booked the room I was not aware of a $100 deposit which I had to pay upfront and I still am waiting for my deposit
- Decent, but overall could use a good clean, and a little TL .
- Stains on towels and bedding and carpet. Live in guests smoking weed in the doorway and being loud all night. Pet fees are ridiculous. If you charge pet fees should not claim to be pet friendly. Deposit fee ran on card, then wait for you to refund.
