I was not able to stay at the hotel. After being switch to another room due to the unclean sheets of the first room the next room was just as bad. I had to just check-out. Overall, if I had known the state of the place I would have never booked.

Absolutely nothing. We stayed at that location because of the swimming pool. Guess what, giant sign out of order, jetted tub didn?t work, fireplace that was 20 more for the stay, also didn?t work. Free breakfast lol already gone by 7:30 start!!

Breakfast was small and staff couldn't keep up with guests, for example we waited a while for pancake mix to get replaced. We were travelling with our baseball team and there was a second team in the hotel but the staff was not prepared.

This hotel was filthy. Elevator had a sticky floor. Rug in the room left your feet dirty if you didn't walk with shoes on. Hotel had two ice makers and neither was working. Beverage machines were out of order. Our stay was in mid August. Not a BW+ BW- -

Took 20+ minutes to check-in because of how long the line was & only one person was working the desk, bed in the room had make-up stains on pillow and hair on the sheets (were they actually clean?)

Tub did not drain properly, so we showered in standing water. Our room on ground floor was next to elevator equipment room and we heard loud noises consistently throughout the night

The parking , breakfast, location was IDEAL! My family also enjoyed the happy hour? However, the food was good! LOVE the wine and beer choices!! The Hostess even put my family members all on the same floor. Hostess very accommodating.
