- I could not stay 45 minutes to check in 1st room I was given was a storage room 2nd room heater did not work I did not stay
- Staff complains and blames other staff in front of customers, they lie and tell you excuses, it's important to socialize with their friends than work.hallway lights are on a clock, not cell so they come on well after dark. Had to reset keys constantly,etc
- There was no one hardly there at the front desk when you would go down for assistance there was no maintenance staff on call to take care of situations not enough breakfast food to accommodate people
