I've never had to pay to park a car at a hotel for the night. Desk clerk said they've charged for parking for at least 2 years. The hotel is surrounded by dirt fields, the real estate can't be worth pay to park rates.

My room was trash ?? both queen beds were dented in so me and my husband were falling into each other as we slept so we switched beds and found out they were both dented in and uncomfortable. Room 1155 and the heater didn?t work and it was freezing

The front desk manager was defensive when I told him the hair dryer was broken in our room. The hair dryer was worn out - sometimes worked, mostly did not. When I was trying to explain this to the front manager, her was quip and short. Not what I expect

I've never had to pay to park a car at a hotel for the night. Desk clerk said they've charged for parking for at least 2 years. The hotel is surrounded by dirt fields, the real estate can't be worth pay to park rates.

The staff was the best part of this hotel. I met at the front desk, and they were accommodating, friendly, and went above and beyond. I also liked the outdoor seating, gazebo, and walkways in the courtyard.
