Pros +
- The rooms were immaculate and the beds were so comfortable
- They let me check in early and out late
- The staff was so kind
Cons -
- I would have liked a heads up that I needed to call the hotel in order for the shuttle to pick us up from the airport.
- The first room they gave us somebody had laid on the bed and there was a bloody towel in the bathtub and the refrigerator didn't work. Also the cable was out and there was no TV and it didn't look like it was going to get fixed anytime soon.
- The AC heating system control wasn?t very good. The room was missing a hair dryer. There was no breakfast included.
