Internet keeps dropping. Air Conditioner keeps tripping without reaching the set temperature. Room service doesn't attend everyday but only once a week. Beds were noisy. Cockroaches were seen multiple times. Bathroom shower curtain leaks into toilet area

When I arrived, my assigned room was dirty. At 5 am the battery warning on the smoke alarm started going off every 30 seconds. I called the desk and 600 number but no answer. At 6 am I was told no one could help until 7. A nightmare stay.

The saltwater pool was fabulous! So clean and the water was warm. Cleanliness of the entire hotel property stood out. As good as any four seasons or Ritz Carlton, I have ever stayed in.

Breakfast buffet needs better choices - whole grain bread, sugarless applesauce and non-dairy milk (like mini ?Silk? brand cartons I?ve seen at Holiday Inns.) for diabetics and lactose intolerant customers.
