- The hotel overcharged me. And the general manager never called me back or responded to my email.
- The hotel overcharged me. The lady at the front desk said that I didn't reserve the room I wanted and I would have to pay an additional $10 per night. I already had the room that I wanted. The general manager never returned my call or refunded my money.
- Would like to have a luggage rack in the room
