Beautiful location. Extremely friendly and helpful staff. The facility was very clean and offered all the amenities you need. I loved the idea of the daily text to see if there was anything we needed.
We have stayed here many times and will continue to use this hotel for our family vacations. The staff is wonderful and will accommodate your specific needs.

Breakfast was delicious, and the staff was very friendly at the restaurant, and throughout the hotel. The room was super clean and decorated beautifully. The front desk was super accommodating about checking into our room early and it was a smooth experience. We enjoyed the balcony and view from there, and the front desk hooked us up with a wine bottle opener when we realized we forgot one! Access to the beach was perfect and it was such a comfort being able to come right back to our room or enjoy the pool afterward. Our room location was great, and we appreciated the direct access to the parking garage from our room. We can’t wait to come back!
the staff was very welcoming and inviting from the moment you check-in. the location is amazing, with the proximity to the beach and the restaurants and shops. I haven't been back to OC in years and it did not disappoint. The beach was very clean and not too crowded. The room was cute, clean and cozy. The beds and pillows were comfortable. We enjoyed the indoor pool and hot tub and the free cookies were a bonus!

Great location. The hotel is well decorated for holidays. The housekeepers are great. Their service is excellent. The front desk has wonderful staff who are always ready to assist with any questions or concerns. We like this hotel and we enjoy coming to this hotel every year around the holidays. Please see the next comments about the presence of a group of individuals (this is the second year we have seen them) in the hotel causing some disruptions with some weird noise and behaviors.

I liked that the hotel is dog friendly and they give you a paper with all places dog friendly in ocean city also have a little dog area. Room was spacious and clean. Staff was awesome and very helpful.
The location was great! Loved that the hotel was dog friendly. They do charge an additional $15 per dog per night at the hotel itself. Only down side was the person at the front desk told us that the sister hotel- castle in the sand- their amenities were also welcome for us to blue but that was not the case. Kind of disappointing but it was still a nice stay. Castle in the sand does have. Great breakfast buffet!

Went for one night off-season stay on way back home from TN. Great location right on the boardwalk and beachfront. The room was spacious, very clean and very comfortable. The on-site parking garage is very nice. We didn’t eat in the restaurant but a nice setup with bar and restaurant looking at the water. Being off-season right after New Years Day not much was open but we knew that would be the case. The staff was all very nice, pleasant and professional. Would definitely stay here again if in the area. Thank you. ??. The indoor pool and hot tub was very clean and perfect temperature.

We had never stayed at a hotel on the OC Boardwalk, so this was a new experience and view of the ocean. We liked the location. Parking was easy yet we had to pay an extra daily fee for it. The room was very clean. It was unusually long and narrow, but perfectly functional. I like the comfort of the bed, and the long kitchen counter and table with 2 chairs, gave us ample space for our belongings . The website said it had a “kitchenette” — but it did not have a burner to cook, or any plates, cups, flatware. You need to bring all of that with you. The kitchen did however have a mini fridge and small microwave. The bathroom was tiny but very clean. I had to store most of my bathroom things on the table in the living room area. I liked that there was a big sofa and a second TV, in the living room area, next to the balcony door. The beach front balcony was tiny too, but perfectly fine for just the two of us. The staff was very friendly, fast and efficient at checking in multiple family arrivals. Compared to other ocean front properties in Ocean City, this hotel had a good overall value.

Went for one night off-season stay on way back home from TN. Great location right on the boardwalk and beachfront. The room was spacious, very clean and very comfortable. The on-site parking garage is very nice. We didn’t eat in the restaurant but a nice setup with bar and restaurant looking at the water. Being off-season right after New Years Day not much was open but we knew that would be the case. The staff was all very nice, pleasant and professional. Would definitely stay here again if in the area. Thank you. ??. The indoor pool and hot tub was very clean and perfect temperature.

Breakfast was delicious, and the staff was very friendly at the restaurant, and throughout the hotel. The room was super clean and decorated beautifully. The front desk was super accommodating about checking into our room early and it was a smooth experience. We enjoyed the balcony and view from there, and the front desk hooked us up with a wine bottle opener when we realized we forgot one! Access to the beach was perfect and it was such a comfort being able to come right back to our room or enjoy the pool afterward. Our room location was great, and we appreciated the direct access to the parking garage from our room. We can’t wait to come back!
the staff was very welcoming and inviting from the moment you check-in. the location is amazing, with the proximity to the beach and the restaurants and shops. I haven't been back to OC in years and it did not disappoint. The beach was very clean and not too crowded. The room was cute, clean and cozy. The beds and pillows were comfortable. We enjoyed the indoor pool and hot tub and the free cookies were a bonus!

Everything about this facility was excellent. The staff were very friendly, and the room was emaculately clean. The view from the balcony was amazing and breathtaking to see. My bed and pillows were very comfortable. I will definitely recommend this facility. I was on the 11th floor and it was very quiet and peaceful throughout my stay.
The hotel has beautiful amenities, from the pools, indoor and outdoor, gym & restaurant. The room was fabulous. A kitchenette w/full-size appliances, and comfortable living room. Excellent daily housekeeping was wonderful. The front desk was also very friendly! The location is wonderful, rooms are nicely updated and guests quiet and respectful of others. Quite enjoyable!

The front desk has wonderful staff who are always ready to assist with any questions or concerns. We like this hotel and we enjoy coming to this hotel every year around the holidays. Please see the next comments about the presence of a group of individuals (this is the second year we have seen them) in the hotel causing some disruptions with some weird noise and behaviors.

We loved the location, just a block from the beach and boardwalk. My wife and I only had a short time in Ocean City, but we wanted to experience the boardwalk and Jersey Shore, and this spot was perfect. The room was spacious and gave us everything we needed for a comfortable stay.

the indoor pool is a fun’s area for the kids
Our roomy suite had 2 rooms and 2 tvs, so when it rained on a Sunday, we had options for watching football vs Netflix. There was a small kitchenette with microwave but no stove for cooking. Everything was up to snuff and super clean, with hypo-allergenic fragrance free cleaning per our request. We had a balcony on with a side view of the ocean and 2 chairs wedged into a small space. The big plus to this hotel is the largest indoor swimming pool in OC, located on the 2nd floor with good access on steps into the pool at heights of 3' to 5' deep. Plenty of lounge chairs. There was a small snack bar at one end on the ocean side with a diverse menu and a seating area with tables and sofas outside of the pool area. Swimming at night with a view of the full moon from the large glassed in area was special. We had a delicious breakfast at the hotel restaurant. If it had been warmer we could have eaten on the patio with a view of the beach. Parking was ample but be prepared to park in a parking garage. Good elevators, comfortable beds, good control of ac, good room lighting, good electric outlets. The next time we stay we will try for a room with a balcony facing the ocean.
Liked being near the beach. Didn't like the obstacles to get to the room. Also they didn't provide a map to get around the hotel. You had to walk alot just to find vending machines or how to get out. Rooms were clean.

This was my second stay here. It’s a nice hotel and conveniently located to everything. We rode our bikes to Ocean City boardwalk (about 15 minutes). It also about a 10 minute ride by car to Assateage state park which is a great park to visit if you love horses. Definitely would recommend checking itout. We will be back when we visit the park again.

Breakfast was delicious, and the staff was very friendly at the restaurant, and throughout the hotel. The room was super clean and decorated beautifully. The front desk was super accommodating about checking into our room early and it was a smooth experience. We enjoyed the balcony and view from there, and the front desk hooked us up with a wine bottle opener when we realized we forgot one! Access to the beach was perfect and it was such a comfort being able to come right back to our room or enjoy the pool afterward. Our room location was great, and we appreciated the direct access to the parking garage from our room. We can’t wait to come back!

I haven't been back to OC in years and it did not disappoint. The beach was very clean and not too crowded. The room was cute, clean and cozy. The beds and pillows were comfortable. We enjoyed the indoor pool and hot tub and the free cookies were a bonus!

The location was great! Loved that the hotel was dog friendly. They do charge an additional $15 per dog per night at the hotel itself. Only down side was the person at the front desk told us that the sister hotel- castle in the sand- their amenities were also welcome for us to blue but that was not the case. Kind of disappointing but it was still a nice stay. Castle in the sand does have. Great breakfast buffet!
