Quiet room, window opened, heater worked. Loved the chocolate batter option, but it had run out before we got to breakfast as well as the chocolate milk. But it is appreciated as an option.

The fireplace in lobby area. The room was spacious and had amenities I needed. For the city, I think this would maybe be the nicest hotel.. I had never been to Minot, but from the looks of other hotels, I think this is the nicest.

It was close enough to Bismarck and Minot to make a quick overnight getaway. I appreciate it that it was on the outskirts of new town, while still being close enough to get things or go to the casino if needed. Close to subway and gas station

Top Tips
- Reserve hotel rooms 60-90 days before early October Norsk Høstfest. Rates often rise sharply, and all major hotels in Minot typically sell out for the festival period.
- For Minot Air Force Base visits, opt for hotels within a 10-15 minute drive and check for military, PCS, or Defense Department contractor rates. Some properties offer shuttle services for base visitors; contact the front desk to verify.
- Minot International Airport (MOT) is 10-20 minutes from central hotels by car. Confirm your hotel’s airport shuttle schedule or prebook a rental car, as taxis and rideshares have limited overnight service.
- Expect regular subzero overnight temperatures from November through March. Verify if your hotel provides heated or covered parking, valet, and prompt snow removal for parking areas to avoid delays during early departures.
- During peak events (such as Høstfest or major Air Force Base deployments), many hotels switch from full hot breakfast service to grab-and-go options or restrict early check-in. Clarify meal format and check-in time for your dates before arrival.
- Guests on multi-night business, deployment, or festival stays can request corporate, extended-stay, or group rates. Many properties offer discounts for 7+ night bookings, but advance reservation is required during event periods.
