This hotel is so nice and is really a great place to be at for vacation. It was cold but there was a indoor pool and it felt really nice. The staff was really nice and would really help us with any questions.

We stayed here for one night stop in Pigeon Forge when traveling back home from Nashville. It is located right on the main drag where everything a tourist would want is and right near Dollywood. The property is very well kept and very clean. The staff was excellent, they were all welcoming, friendly, and professional. The room was spacious, modern, very clean and very comfortable. Plenty of free on-site parking. The free breakfast was very good with lots of options. The pool and hot tub area was also very nice. Would definitely stay here again when in the area.

Great location! Rooms very spacious!
Very quiet and good location
The rooms were lovely and comfortable - very updated. Breakfast was good and they didn't rush us out like some hotels do. The pool and other facilities are also excellent. But the thing that made this hotel for us was the people. I was organizing a very large family gathering with numerous rooms, and I had booked through a third party, which I won't do again. There were significant problems the first night because of the third party, but the hotel bent over backwards to accommodate us. They were friendly and kind every day and in every place. We are so grateful and couldn't recommend this hotel more highly!

Great location and very clean.
We were treated so nicely by all the staff. The property itself was pretty cool. It did offer a lot of activities for parents and children of all ages. We went with two children under 5 and still had a blast. Our room was very clean on arrival. The rv park also looked pretty cool. We ate at the breakfast buffet and thought highly of it with a fair amount of options to choose from. The pools and bathrooms were clean. And the view from the balcony rooms was stunning.

The location is fantastic. The staff is very supportive, friendly and helpful. The rooms are very comfortable, clean and well equipped. When we needed something on two occasions, it was taken care of so promptly that I don’t know how they did it. It was Christmas time so maybe they have elves?

This was the best hotel stay and experience we have ever had! We’ve been to many hotels across the US but no hotel has compared to this one when it comes to hospitality and comfort. The location was perfect and a short walk to many shops and restaurants, the staff were very friendly and helpful, the room was beautiful and spotless, the entertainment was amazing, the bed was comfortable, and everything was just perfect. I’m going to be recommending this hotel to everyone I know who ever comes out to Pigeon Forge.

Very quiet and good location
The rooms were lovely and comfortable - very updated. Breakfast was good and they didn't rush us out like some hotels do. The pool and other facilities are also excellent. But the thing that made this hotel for us was the people. I was organizing a very large family gathering with numerous rooms, and I had booked through a third party, which I won't do again. There were significant problems the first night because of the third party, but the hotel bent over backwards to accommodate us. They were friendly and kind every day and in every place. We are so grateful and couldn't recommend this hotel more highly!

Great location and very clean.
We were treated so nicely by all the staff. The property itself was pretty cool. It did offer a lot of activities for parents and children of all ages. We went with two children under 5 and still had a blast. Our room was very clean on arrival. The rv park also looked pretty cool. We ate at the breakfast buffet and thought highly of it with a fair amount of options to choose from. The pools and bathrooms were clean. And the view from the balcony rooms was stunning.

The hotel was beautiful . The staff were very welcoming and very detailed and well trained ! The rooms were a great size, the amenities were great and convenient. Everything was just GREAT!
The lobby was lovely and welcoming. The outside area had something for everyone, games, pools, and a sitting area. It was exceptionally clean. The staff was professional but not well informed on charges. More on that in a moment. The room was very clean and gorgeous. The sitting area sofa was very comfortable and allowed for good afternoon nap and evening TV watching. The balcony is a nice size with comfortable chairs. Perfect for morning coffee, if the Keurig had worked. The gym was well equipped. I only needed the treadmill when my blood sugar went too high, but it is an excellent gym and very clean. The elevators were located well for all the rooms. The location was good, out of the main traffic but still with a nice view. The bathroom layout is great for two people.

Very quiet and good location
The rooms were lovely and comfortable - very updated. Breakfast was good and they didn't rush us out like some hotels do. The pool and other facilities are also excellent. But the thing that made this hotel for us was the people. I was organizing a very large family gathering with numerous rooms, and I had booked through a third party, which I won't do again. There were significant problems the first night because of the third party, but the hotel bent over backwards to accommodate us. They were friendly and kind every day and in every place. We are so grateful and couldn't recommend this hotel more highly!

Great location and very clean.
We were treated so nicely by all the staff. The property itself was pretty cool. It did offer a lot of activities for parents and children of all ages. We went with two children under 5 and still had a blast. Our room was very clean on arrival. The rv park also looked pretty cool. We ate at the breakfast buffet and thought highly of it with a fair amount of options to choose from. The pools and bathrooms were clean. And the view from the balcony rooms was stunning.

This is the best hotel in Pigeon forge even if you plan to visit Gatlinburg or Great smoky mountains you can choose to stay here. Someone may think about high price but it is not at all compared to the excellent service, great breakfast and facilities provided in the room. It's more than enough for holidays or vacations. The staff was polite, kind and friendly. I will definitely go back.

The location is fantastic. The staff is very supportive, friendly and helpful. The rooms are very comfortable, clean and well equipped. When we needed something on two occasions, it was taken care of so promptly that I don’t know how they did it. It was Christmas time so maybe they have elves?

This was the best hotel stay and experience we have ever had! We’ve been to many hotels across the US but no hotel has compared to this one when it comes to hospitality and comfort. The location was perfect and a short walk to many shops and restaurants, the staff were very friendly and helpful, the room was beautiful and spotless, the entertainment was amazing, the bed was comfortable, and everything was just perfect. I’m going to be recommending this hotel to everyone I know who ever comes out to Pigeon Forge.

Very quiet and good location
The rooms were lovely and comfortable - very updated. Breakfast was good and they didn't rush us out like some hotels do. The pool and other facilities are also excellent. But the thing that made this hotel for us was the people. I was organizing a very large family gathering with numerous rooms, and I had booked through a third party, which I won't do again. There were significant problems the first night because of the third party, but the hotel bent over backwards to accommodate us. They were friendly and kind every day and in every place. We are so grateful and couldn't recommend this hotel more highly!

Great location and very clean.
We were treated so nicely by all the staff. The property itself was pretty cool. It did offer a lot of activities for parents and children of all ages. We went with two children under 5 and still had a blast. Our room was very clean on arrival. The rv park also looked pretty cool. We ate at the breakfast buffet and thought highly of it with a fair amount of options to choose from. The pools and bathrooms were clean. And the view from the balcony rooms was stunning.

This is the best hotel in Pigeon forge even if you plan to visit Gatlinburg or Great smoky mountains you can choose to stay here. Someone may think about high price but it is not at all compared to the excellent service, great breakfast and facilities provided in the room. It's more than enough for holidays or vacations. The staff was polite, kind and friendly. I will definitely go back.

Great location! Rooms very spacious!
Very quiet and good location
The rooms were lovely and comfortable - very updated. Breakfast was good and they didn't rush us out like some hotels do. The pool and other facilities are also excellent. But the thing that made this hotel for us was the people. I was organizing a very large family gathering with numerous rooms, and I had booked through a third party, which I won't do again. There were significant problems the first night because of the third party, but the hotel bent over backwards to accommodate us. They were friendly and kind every day and in every place. We are so grateful and couldn't recommend this hotel more highly!

Great location and very clean.
We were treated so nicely by all the staff. The property itself was pretty cool. It did offer a lot of activities for parents and children of all ages. We went with two children under 5 and still had a blast. Our room was very clean on arrival. The rv park also looked pretty cool. We ate at the breakfast buffet and thought highly of it with a fair amount of options to choose from. The pools and bathrooms were clean. And the view from the balcony rooms was stunning.

Have stayed there many times and the staff is always very good. Location I’d good and very good price. The rooms are always clean.
Room was much more spacious than expected, clean, beds and pillows were a little firmer than I prefer, but were comfortable enough so I slept well. Bulbs were out in two of the lamps which affected lighting. For the price the value was great.

The only thing this hotel could improve on would be the breakfast...they had coffee, juice, muffins and apples. The bed and pillows were very comfortable and both me and my husband has back problems. Surprised about the number of channels on tv..way more than most hotels we've stayed at. The place was newly renovated and the room was very clean. The location was great for us because we like to go to Gatlinburg and Cherokee and bypass all the traffic. Great vacation and will stay again on our next visit

Space!! So roomy n beds were very comfortable.
This was the second time we stayed here and it was very clean. The staff is always very nice. The only problem is the rooms staying cool. Other than that it's a great place to stay and the price is just right. I was able to bring my kids and have fun.

The location is great, it's far enough away from all the traffic and chaos but also really close. The Island is about 2mins down the road. You avoid all the traffic from the main drag.

The location is fantastic. The staff is very supportive, friendly and helpful. The rooms are very comfortable, clean and well equipped. When we needed something on two occasions, it was taken care of so promptly that I don’t know how they did it. It was Christmas time so maybe they have elves?

This was the best hotel stay and experience we have ever had! We’ve been to many hotels across the US but no hotel has compared to this one when it comes to hospitality and comfort. The location was perfect and a short walk to many shops and restaurants, the staff were very friendly and helpful, the room was beautiful and spotless, the entertainment was amazing, the bed was comfortable, and everything was just perfect. I’m going to be recommending this hotel to everyone I know who ever comes out to Pigeon Forge.

The hotel was beautiful . The staff were very welcoming and very detailed and well trained ! The rooms were a great size, the amenities were great and convenient. Everything was just GREAT!
The lobby was lovely and welcoming. The outside area had something for everyone, games, pools, and a sitting area. It was exceptionally clean. The staff was professional but not well informed on charges. More on that in a moment. The room was very clean and gorgeous. The sitting area sofa was very comfortable and allowed for good afternoon nap and evening TV watching. The balcony is a nice size with comfortable chairs. Perfect for morning coffee, if the Keurig had worked. The gym was well equipped. I only needed the treadmill when my blood sugar went too high, but it is an excellent gym and very clean. The elevators were located well for all the rooms. The location was good, out of the main traffic but still with a nice view. The bathroom layout is great for two people.

Very quiet and good location
The rooms were lovely and comfortable - very updated. Breakfast was good and they didn't rush us out like some hotels do. The pool and other facilities are also excellent. But the thing that made this hotel for us was the people. I was organizing a very large family gathering with numerous rooms, and I had booked through a third party, which I won't do again. There were significant problems the first night because of the third party, but the hotel bent over backwards to accommodate us. They were friendly and kind every day and in every place. We are so grateful and couldn't recommend this hotel more highly!

Great location and very clean.
We were treated so nicely by all the staff. The property itself was pretty cool. It did offer a lot of activities for parents and children of all ages. We went with two children under 5 and still had a blast. Our room was very clean on arrival. The rv park also looked pretty cool. We ate at the breakfast buffet and thought highly of it with a fair amount of options to choose from. The pools and bathrooms were clean. And the view from the balcony rooms was stunning.

This is the best hotel in Pigeon forge even if you plan to visit Gatlinburg or Great smoky mountains you can choose to stay here. Everything at the Inn was perfect! The staff was friendly, the breakfast was great, and the amenities were so nice! The pool was warm and clean, the complimentary beverages in the lobby were a great personal touch, and the outdoor space and balcony's attached to the rooms were so nice. Overall, I will be recommending this hotel to all family and friends.

The location is fantastic. The staff is very supportive, friendly and helpful. The rooms are very comfortable, clean and well equipped. When we needed something on two occasions, it was taken care of so promptly that I don’t know how they did it. It was Christmas time so maybe they have elves?

This was the best hotel stay and experience we have ever had! We’ve been to many hotels across the US but no hotel has compared to this one when it comes to hospitality and comfort. The location was perfect and a short walk to many shops and restaurants, the staff were very friendly and helpful, the room was beautiful and spotless, the entertainment was amazing, the bed was comfortable, and everything was just perfect. I’m going to be recommending this hotel to everyone I know who ever comes out to Pigeon Forge.

Very quiet and good location
The rooms were lovely and comfortable - very updated. Breakfast was good and they didn't rush us out like some hotels do. The pool and other facilities are also excellent. But the thing that made this hotel for us was the people. I was organizing a very large family gathering with numerous rooms, and I had booked through a third party, which I won't do again. There were significant problems the first night because of the third party, but the hotel bent over backwards to accommodate us. They were friendly and kind every day and in every place. We are so grateful and couldn't recommend this hotel more highly!

Great location and very clean.
We were treated so nicely by all the staff. The property itself was pretty cool. It did offer a lot of activities for parents and children of all ages. We went with two children under 5 and still had a blast. Our room was very clean on arrival. The rv park also looked pretty cool. We ate at the breakfast buffet and thought highly of it with a fair amount of options to choose from. The pools and bathrooms were clean. And the view from the balcony rooms was stunning.
