The room was impeccably clean. The staff was very helpful. Nice breakfast offerings. Unfortunately we came on a day right after a car rally, but surprisingly, the room was pretty quiet considering it was right on Parkway.
The man who checked us in was phenomenal. I didn’t get his name bc we were exhausted, but he was funny and efficient and very nice.

Hotel was clean and appears to be newly remodeled. The free breakfast had a great variety .We travel often, and this may be the best "included breakfast" we have had. Bed was comfy, if you like a soft bed.

The pool area with the lazy river was amazing! The staff was wonderful and friendly, and there are very close locations for dinner with a trail along the river to use to prevent the busy roads. This hotel was a highlight of our trip!

The location of the hotel off the Parkway is in the center of activities and there is plenty of parking. They offer fresh brewed coffee 24/7, an indoor/outdoor pool and jacuzzi. Also, the hot breakfast is decent.
They let us park our Harley under the awning. That's a huge perk to anyone on a motorcycle!

This hotel is one of the cleanest hotels I’ve ever stayed at and the atmosphere although it was located in pigeon Forge made you feel like you were also at the beach. The pools, breakfast, and other amenities were the best I’ve ever experienced.

Was the worst hotel I had ever tried to stay at we ended up, leaving and going and staying at another hotel. I went to the room after checking in and somebody was already in there smoking marijuana. They gave us another room and it was not clean.

Famous for its shopping, this area just north of Pigeon Forge is home to the Tanger Outlet Sevierville center, as well as unique boutiques, galleries, antique stores and more. Visitors more into the outdoors are in good company as well, as Great Smoky Mountains National Park is within a short drive of here. At the nearby Smoky Mountain Deer Farm Exotic Petting Zoo, you can interact with kangaroos, zebras, wallabies and other animals.
