The staff was as accommodating as possible. I had to reserve our room twice. I didn't want to leave the day we intended. Miami had me hooked. Hotel employee was the main attendant at the desk who took care of the reservation in such a pleasant way.

This hotel was in a safe close area to the airport and provided free hourly shuttle to and from the airport 24/7 for Ramada only. Was clean & comfortable. Also has a port shuttle tour co. Who provide shuttle to and from the port for a fee ($12.)

The room was nice. There was a huge pool with plenty of tables and chairs to relax around it. Also within the hotel had a car rental place. A restaurant/bar connected to it and also a breakfast buffet. Plus a shuttle to the airport that ran 24/7.

This hotel had very nice amenities and I loved the room set up. Being able to close off the bathroom area from the beds provided getting showered and dressed easy while not disturbing anyone in the room.

This area dotted with lovely lakes is also a surprisingly convenient base for exploring the region, with downtown Miami just five miles east along the Dolphin Expressway. Almost as close are upscale neighborhoods like Coral Gables and Coconut Grove. In 20 minutes you can reach bustling South Beach or the wide-open spaces of the Everglades.
