The water slide was great! But the pool itself needs some maintenance
Price, location near the University and downtown, breakfast was very good. Would have been nice to know it had a pool and hot tub which seemed to be very nice.
Adjustable room temerature that works. Having a bath tub, clean room, staff were friendly and accommodating. Price was right, and extra feautures like wifi+usb outlets at powered receptacles.

SUCH comfortable beds!
Location firstly. Elevator security.
Location. Bus stops immediately at back entrance & across the street on Mayor Magrath Dr. The King size bed. Red Arrow pickup at this location. Lobby needs an update badly, no comfort zone for guests to relax. Denny's Restaurant looks tired and worn out.

They have a squat rack in the gym which I used twice for great leg workouts and they had a good selection of free weights - one of the main reasons I chose to stay here. All the hotel staff were very professional and polite.
The bed was comfortable. Breakfast was good and kept stocked. Was busy but was always able to find a table and get the food we wanted. Nice to be able to walk to the mall. Nice size jacuzzi.

Top Tips
- Book hotels 2-4 weeks ahead to avoid 15-25% price increases, especially during peak summer (July-August) or university events (September, April-May). This timing secures better rates and availability.
- Budget for a 12% total tax on your hotel booking, which includes a 4% City of Lethbridge tourism levy, a 5% GST, and a 3% Destination Marketing Fee, so you account for all charges.
- Choose hotels near the University of Lethbridge for a shorter commute to campus, or downtown hotels for walking access to the Civic Centre, restaurants, and bars. Match your stay location to your activities for easier transit.
- Verify Wi-Fi speeds before booking for remote work. Aim for hotels advertising business amenities or guest reviews citing speeds above 20 Mbps to ensure a reliable connection.
- Confirm parking fees before booking, as on-site parking can range from free at newer suburban hotels to $15–$20 CAD (approx. $11–$15 USD) per night at some downtown or older properties. Clarifying this avoids unexpected costs.
- Bring a reusable water bottle since Lethbridge municipal tap water is safe to drink. This reduces plastic waste and saves money on bottled water during your stay.
- Contact hotels directly to confirm accessibility needs such as roll-in showers or elevator access. Newer hotels generally comply with accessibility standards, but older downtown properties may have limited step-free routes.
- Ensure your accommodation has reliable air conditioning, as Lethbridge has hot, dry summers with daytime highs typically reaching 25-35°C (77-95°F) from June to August. Confirm this before booking to ensure comfort.
