Not many positives about this hotel other than its location. Even at the seemingly low price point it is overpriced. Alot could be done for very little money to update the rooms even a bright light would help.
Only place with available rooms.

We were up that way for a wedding. What a great gem of a B & B. Hosts were warm and welcoming. This hotel is the BEST located out of all of the choices for the strip of North Conway and all the shops and restaurants. Walkable.
Don't wonder if we're very warm and welcoming. The breakfast was awesome! By far what I liked the best was there two dogs I felt right at home .
Hosts are really sweet and helpful. Gave a lot of recommendations and their pets were probably my favorite part. Breakfast was really really good too. Other guests friendly too!

The staff was mostly polite & helpful. Breakfast & dinner were included & although our breakfast was good our dinner was most excellent from the atmosphere, to our server & our food.

Nice location close to the atv trails. Food was amazing! We ate there for many meals.
Its clean and most of the employees helpful and friendly. The pool area hot tub sauna and steam room are very clean and well maintained. The exercise room up stairs is also very clean
The location was great. Its in a wonderful small town. I liked that the rooms had a door to the outside and one for an indoor hallway. Although there were a lot of people staying there it was very quiet. The rooms were clean.

Nicely landnscaped. Very convenient to mountains, Jackson Village and North Conway.
We thought the room was reasonably priced for the amount we paid. Overlooking a brook off the back deck. The room was quiet with great sunshine in the afternoon. We even got a continental breakfast with eggs and some sort of protein.
Size of room. Breakfast was a nice surprise

Free parking. Gorgeous views. Wonderful front porch but they need to bring back the beautiful and comfortable wicker furniture. Also assign staff to take drink orders on the porch and bellboys to meet cars arriving and dropping off luggage.
A traditional turn of the 20th century vibe with a rich history helped enhance the relaxing surroundings. An unparalleled mountain range view. Great service with friendly personnel. Sadly, it appears renovations will strip much of the N.E. historic value.
This is a beautiful hotel with amazing amenities, including a spa, indoor and outdoor pool, gym, game room, movie theater, and farm with animals. There are multiple dining options on-site, including a tavern, fine dining, room service, and a bar.

Location, saw a bald eagle
The hotel is in a nice location for all the major attractions in the area, and for a summer visit would probably be a much more enjoyable destination.

It is an old time New England in with the rooms upstairs and the restaurant on the first floor. The rooms are nice. Each one is different. Then attached to the Inn is a pub that has live music three nights a week. Tuesday is the night we went.

Close to the highway and major attractions
Rodeway Inn was only motel close to North Conway which we could financially afford & wasn't already booked for October 7, 8 & 9 when I was trying to make accommodation reservations in early September. At least shower had warm water.

Stayed there for three nights, the man at the front desk was not professional. He was not at the desk 90% of the time and had to be called down from his upstairs bedroom.
Location is great.
