The location
The room was bigger than expected. Friendly staff. We had two special requests of the house cleaning lady and she full filled them immediately. Easy walking distance to many restaurants and outlet stores. Great breakfast. Swimming pool and Jacuzzi.

Breakfast staff were very polite and helpful. Always cleaning tables and keeping up on food stations. Front desk could learn- they were eating Olive Garden at the desk while checking in- unprofessional in my opinion. Food all over desk.
Nothing really other than a breakfast
Nothing¿ I¿ve never been picky about a hotel before or asked for a room change but this was the first time I made that request. Was told it would get taken care of but they did nothing so we left and paid for 2 more days without a refund. Horrible!

Loved the two bedroom suite. Granted this is a place that some people live at for longer term but it still has the hotel feel. The best continental breakfasts we¿ve seen at a hotel since pre COVID. The pool area was amazing as well.
