The room was spacious, clean, and well appointed.
Staff was incredibly rude, the iron in the room had black on it and ruined a $200 shirt and don¿t ask for a room on the 3rd floor. You will hear dragging chairs all night front the Bar balcony above.

Excellent location, excellent service, excellent room; great breakfast
The location, the front desk staff, the garden/pool area, and the hotel room's bathroom was a stand-out, although the entire room and terrace was great.

Location, staff was great. Great value for small boutique hotel.
The location was fantastic and the room was super fancy!
This is such a charming hotel, decorated in the Moorish/MudÃÂéjar style. Just beautiful. The mattress was perfect. I think it was a memory foam. Th location could not have been better except for the fact that it is hard to maneuver a car through town.

Top Tips
- Book hotels with Puente Nuevo views at least three months in advance, especially for June to August stays, to avoid a 20-30% price increase. Request a room with a guaranteed view for a documented upgrade.
- Staying in Ronda’s Mercadillo district (new town) can lower nightly rates by 10-20% and provide easier parking than the historic center. Hotels in this area are within a 10-15 minute walk (700-1,200 m) of Puente Nuevo.
- Add a 5-10% tip at restaurants and bars in Ronda, as service charges are not usually included; consider up to 15% for outstanding service. Check your bill for 'servicio incluido' to verify if a tip is needed.
- Visiting Ronda in April-May or September-October means mild weather (18-25°C) and savings of 15-25% on hotels versus summer peak rates. Compare rates across these months for additional off-peak value.
- Most cafes and coworking spaces in Ronda provide Wi-Fi averaging 25 Mbps, suitable for remote work. Confirm connectivity with your accommodation, as signal strength may vary in historic buildings.
- Many old town hotels have limited step-free access due to historic layouts. Request a ground-floor or accessible room during booking and confirm step-free access is guaranteed if mobility is a concern.
- Select hotels with 'Biosphere Responsible Tourism' certification to promote environmental and social sustainability in Ronda. Ask the hotel directly or check the latest certification listings before booking.
- Reserve hotel parking when available, or plan for a 5-15 minute uphill walk from municipal parking, as onsite parking is rare in Ronda’s historic center. Confirm parking options while booking for ease of arrival.
- Step-free access is not standard in La Ciudad’s historic hotels; request written confirmation and a photo or diagram of access when booking. This preparation helps guests traveling with wheelchairs, strollers, or heavy luggage.
- Evening meals in Ronda typically begin around 21:00. If you need breakfast or an early meal, ask your hotel to provide options such as an early or boxed breakfast.
- For Feria de Pedro Romero (early September) and Semana Santa (Easter week), hotel demand spikes and rates rise. Book accommodation 4-8 weeks ahead for better availability and pricing.
- Not all hotel Wi-Fi supports reliable work speeds due to thick stone walls; request a speed test (in Mbps) from your hotel or bring a mobile hotspot/eSIM for backup if you need consistent internet.
- Andalusia does not apply a regional tourist bed tax; hotel rates usually include VAT. Always check your final bill for extras like breakfast or parking not shown in basic rates.
- Hotels 200-700 meters from Puente Nuevo offer short walk times but attract more daytime foot traffic between 10:00 and 16:00. Consider stay location based on your preference for quieter evenings or sightseeing convenience.
- The Parador de Ronda and casa-palacio style hotels often list onsite parking, accessible rooms, and in-house dining. Review amenity lists or contact the hotel for details when planning your stay.
