Location was excellent for exploring Madrid. Close to the metro and within easy walking distance of many of the lovely sights. Roof top terrace was great with a special view of the city - nice place to have a sundowner!Staff friendly and helpful.

I loved the location, and the lobby of the hotel, where you can sit and relax while being at the center of the city! Overall the hotel was awesome and I especially its location at the center of Gran Via! We had a great experience and we'll recommend it!!

I was pleasantly surprised at how nice and artsy designed the room was. The location is so perfect too.. the area is not too crazy turisty & it's so conveniently located across from a major metro/train station & shopping center.
The location is perfect to explore around walking or any transportation method. Besides that it has the train station and mall Principe PÃo right in front including a cinema and restaurants inside. Love the rooftop  view and breakfast.
It was close to the Madrid Rio park. The price was great and the facto that it was available for a last minute request.

Included breakfast was far better than most hotels. Interesting style rooms with good view. All with a very reasonable price.

The room was very spacious. Also, I liked the fact that there was a voltage converter in the bathroom. As an American tourist I liked the option to use my own electrical grooming products.

Great hotel, I always stay there in Madrid (every time for the last 30 years). Great location, super clean, nice staff and recently renovated.
Prestigious, older hotel, still maintains admiration and respect from the locals. Outside, the building looks in need of a facelift, but the interior is still elegant and classy looking. Staff was personable. Room service was super fast! Loved it.
