Location was great for this trip. They have an outdoor pool and it was really nice and clean. We didn't eat breakfast there but heard other guests saying it was good. The staff was very nice and we felt safe at this inn.

Bisected by I-44, this area is convenient to Evangel University and Drury University, as well as home to the Dickerson Park Zoo, which features more than 340 animals representing 120 species. The area is also within a short drive of the small Downtown Airport and major Springfield-Branson National Airport.

Nothing it needs a lot of maintenance work
This hotel is a joke! Drug dealers by the front door, front door barely shuts, the hallway carpet was soaking wet, the room door wouldn't lock, and the worst....filth and trash under the bed and infested with bed bugs! We didn't stay and want a refund!

The beds were comfortable and we were on the 3rd floor. We really appreciated being on the business floor that is quieter. It was perfect!! Also, the blinds on the windows are attached in a way that they don't let light through. That was perfect!

Very nice up-to-date rooms and clean amenities. Staff was very friendly and let us check in early. The breakfast attendants were great at refilling stations and were very polite and respectful.

Liked the outdoor space. Used it several times over the weekend. Staff was professional and friendly. Like that there was an in-house bar and grill.
It was close to where i was working over the weekend and the fromt desk staff were friendly. There were no bed bugs. That is all. The rest is meh to poor. Avoid this one.
