The I?m assuming roach that had fallen from the ceiling while my friend was showering. Then she saw another crawling up the wall. She didn?t tell me until after we had left the motel later that day. She took a picture as proof of the bug

However the people there are rude and mean the workers are and the housekeeping are crude and not nice at all and they don't replace nothing only unless they gripe about it and then they lie on you

Very sketchy. A fight broke out about 2 doors down from us and I think someone might have gotten shot. The younger staff is not lenient or understanding about much but the older staff is cool. They should probably learn from the older staff.

The King suite had the bed in a separate room without windows so we could we could sleep in late.

Hotel employee was a joy to chat with during check-in. Even though it was busy, she didn't feel in a hurry or stressed out. She was very pleasant!

I am not happy with the $200 incidental charge that they require. This is not normal for the many hotels I have stayed at. I cannot even spend $200 worth of goods. I will think twice before staying here again for that reason.

I arrived at the hotel and the receptionist was not friendly at all, they charged me a $105 deposit and I didn't know I had to pay it, she told me it was refundable and they still haven't given it back to me.

The housekeeper tried to open my door without knocking. She didn't speak English so it was very hard to communicate. I asked for a washrag and never received one.
