- I liked the room set up, plus it was very spacious. The front desk personnel was extremely helpful. Breakfast area was comfortable and inviting. The food, well prepared and delicious.

Cons -
- Problems with the elevator
- AC unit was broken. It had no knobs and was turned up to high. Therefore, I could not change the cold temperature. By the time I discovered this, it was very late, and I did not feel like contacting the front desk. So, it was a very chilly evening.
- The room we were in had a large gap in the door that allowed the hall light to shine in. The bathroom fixtures (shower/tub)were broken.
