The staff was incredible. Attentive, polite, and friendly. One of the best staffs I've met at a hotel.Breakfast had a good variety and was delicious.The beds were comfortable and had a good selection of pillows.
Convenient location for trip. Easy to get to even though the exit and road is busy. It was one of the quietest rooms I’ve ever stayed in despite being close to the interstate.

Breakfast was good. Bed was super comfy. Room and facilities were very clean.
The lady during the day at the front desk seem like she hated her job but the lady at night was very nice. The pool was out of order and the elevator. Also, the waffle iron was out of order. The breakfast wasn’t that great. Overall, the hotel was nice.

The rooms were well decorated, not outdated looking. They were very clean and neat. I also appreciated the complimentary bottles of water. Staff was welcoming and helpful.

This was our very first experience staying at a Drury Inn & Suites. What a BIG BANG for the buck! Truly one of the nicest hotel chains we have EVER stayed in.. It was so nice to know that we could have a free meal and complimentary beverages on site from 5:30 - 7 pm. How convenient is that after a long day on the road? Breakfast was also AWESOME!The staff was super helpful and friendly. The facility was very clean and very nicely decorated. Kudos to the housekeeping staff for the most comfortable beds and linens! In short, EVERY DETAIL was addressed to ensure our stay felt just like home. ♥️We booked a second night at our next stop on our road trip to Florida. We HIGHLY RECOMMEND this hotel for your travel needs.

The location was very convenient for our stay. It was within walking distance of our concert arena, as well as different shops and restaurants. The coffee shop and bar were a plus as well.
Super comfy beds, nice rooms
The decor in the lobby is cheerful and bright and the hotel associates were friendly, BUT that's where the good stuff ended. The first room we were assigned was right next to the ice machine & the door to the room looked like it had been broken into; the 2nd room was still being cleaned, and the 3rd room was just disappointing. The carpets looked dirty, there was dust on light fixtures, dirt on bathroom door, desk, the a/c was noisy, the sheets were shredding, the door to the room was INCREDIBLY hard to open. (An older or handicapped person REALLY would have had trouble.) Also, a boutique hotel with no robes and no in room coffeemaker? This looks like an OLD hotel that was updated with "The Graduate" decor and I am shocked to find that this hotel is less than 4 years old. After reading about The Graduate hotels in other locations I was really surprised that this one looked so sad; this was the most disappointing hotel stay during our trip.

Perfect location for visiting our son at UTK! The property is convenient to both campus and downtown. The rooms are large and clean, and the bed was very comfortable. It was quiet even though there was a full house due to home football game. Fitness center was good.

I had a fantastic stay at the Hill Side Hotel. The gentleman at the front desk was incredibly attentive and made sure all my needs were met. The room rates were very reasonable, especially considering the stunning mountain views. I highly recommend this hotel for its excellent service and beautiful location.

The rooms were clean and quite well equipped just like a home from home, they were cleaned every day, and the beds were freshly made which was lovely to get in after a busy day. Very efficient check in and welcoming front desk person. Liked that even though parking garage was expensive, you had in and out privileges and could get things out of your car. This was our very first experience staying at a Drury Inn & Suites. What a BIG BANG for the buck! Truly one of the nicest hotel chains we have EVER stayed in.. It was so nice to know that we could have a free meal and complimentary beverages on site from 5:30 - 7 pm. How convenient is that after a long day on the road? Breakfast was also AWESOME!The staff was super helpful and friendly. The facility was very clean and very nicely decorated. Kudos to the housekeeping staff for the most comfortable beds and linens! In short, EVERY DETAIL was addressed to ensure our stay felt just like home. ♥️We booked a second night at our next stop on our road trip to Florida. This was our very first experience staying at a Drury Inn & Suites. What a BIG BANG for the buck! Truly one of the nicest hotel chains we have EVER stayed in.. It was so nice to know that we could have a free meal and complimentary beverages on site from 5:30 - 7 pm. How convenient is that after a long day on the road? Breakfast was also AWESOME!The staff was super helpful and friendly. The facility was very clean and very nicely decorated. Kudos to the housekeeping staff for the most comfortable beds and linens! In short, EVERY DETAIL was addressed to ensure our stay felt just like home. ♥️We booked a second night at our next stop on our road trip to Florida. We HIGHLY RECOMMEND this hotel for your travel needs.

The location was very convenient for our stay. It was within walking distance of our concert arena, as well as different shops and restaurants. The coffee shop and bar were a plus as well.
Super comfy beds, nice rooms
The decor in the lobby is cheerful and bright and the hotel associates were friendly, BUT that's where the good stuff ended. The first room we were assigned was right next to the ice machine & the door to the room looked like it had been broken into; the 2nd room was still being cleaned, and the 3rd room was just disappointing. The carpets looked dirty, there was dust on light fixtures, dirt on bathroom door, desk, the a/c was noisy, the sheets were shredding, the door to the room was INCREDIBLY hard to open. (An older or handicapped person REALLY would have had trouble.) Also, a boutique hotel with no robes and no in room coffeemaker? This looks like an OLD hotel that was updated with "The Graduate" decor and I am shocked to find that this hotel is less than 4 years old. After reading about The Graduate hotels in other locations I was really surprised that this one looked so sad; this was the most disappointing hotel stay during our trip.

The property was so close to Neyland Stadium, which is why we chose to stay at that location!! It was very clean. Front desk receptionist was kind and check in was quick and easy.
Perfect location for visiting our son at UTK! The property is convenient to both campus and downtown. The rooms are large and clean, and the bed was very comfortable. It was quiet even though there was a full house due to home football game. Fitness center was good.
