Very clean. Bright, and very well located within walking distance of Benderson Park and UTC Mall. Front desk accommodated early check in and agreed to assign a room away from the pool and noise. Housekeeping appeared to clean the room quite late.

I like that this hotel is rated as 2.5 stars but it has all of the features of a 3.5 star hotel. We have been staying at 4 star hotels which are really nice buth they don't offer free breakfast or free parking. This 2.5 does.

The hotel was clean. It was not noisy. There were plenty of towels. Coffee was available in the lobby at all times. Te breakfast was nice. There was plenty of room in the dining area. The price was very reasonable for a king suite with a jacuzzi.

It was close to lots of food places and near HCA hospital which is what we were in the area for . The breakfast was also great.

Everything was great
It was modern, had a nice lake behind it and nice fire pit out front, and nice eating area & lobby. Beds were comfortable, bathroom spacious and clean. Room & halls were quiet.
