Valet was fast and efficient. Nolan Perez was outstanding and provided extraordinary services by helping with shuttle, places to go and always offering to carry your bags. Front desk was friendly and restaurant staff was very attentive.

Bell hopper availability was challenging but that might be due to spring break
Staff was clueless in some areas. Not really worth the price better options available.
