Clean and quiet room. Staff very accomodating.
The room felt very clean and had a very pleasant smell. Most staff were very helpful and friendly for any questions we had at check-in. The area was overall pretty quiet and clean.

Great location, clean and quiet.
I travel a lot and everything about this property is great. Staff were friendly, the room was on the newer side and clean. All white bedding which is a must for me. No unnecessary dirty decorative pillows on the bed. Lots of no-charge parking. The free breakfast was the best I have ever had at any other hotel I’ve stayed at. They had Chia pudding made with oat milk among other vegan and vegetarian options.
Handy free shuttle to Sacramento airport. Friendly, helpful staff. Nice modern, large room. Very clean.

The staff were very kind and helpful. The scent upon entry was fabulous! They offer complimentary fruit infused water upon arrival and they always greeted us whenever we entered or exited the property. The room was clean. The staff were very accommodating when we requested additional bedding items.

The room was spacious; the bedding was comfortable; everything was nice and clean; the breakfast was great; the employees were friendly and helpful; the WiFi and television worked great and in summary, staying there was a very pleasant experience. We will definitely consider staying there if we visit Sacramento in the future and will also be recommending it.

Breakfast was better than some other hotels, for sure. We were here to visit CSUS and this was conveniently close. We happened upon a great restaurant not too far from here. The room was spotlessly clean. Nice comfortable beds. The AC was effective.

The room was fine, clean and good size. The breakfast was a little lacking. Not much diversity from day to day and we expected a bit more protein options like scrambled eggs. Also, the power went out in the middle of the night which was a bit unnerving. your location is superb. Just need to get the city to work on the homeless population

The arrival lot is very small to register, once you've registered there is a large parking lot. One thing I've noticed is in the bath room, it's not just comfort suites every one has gone to the soap, shampoo & conditioner, in wall pump bottles, this includes the handicapped rooms. The problem is because I'm an amputee I can't reach them. The room was very clean. One thing I've learned from my husband is to check the filters in the air conditioner/heaters, I've been to a few that the filters were so dirty you couldn't see light through them, I have to say these filters we're exceptionally clean. I will always consider Comfort Suites a place to stay.
All of the staff were helpful, considerate, and friendly. I had a few issues that were not hotel related and the front desk staff extended service to help me solve them. I truly appreciate their help.

Very nice hotel, clean and well maintained. Great gym, and the rooms had everything you need to make an easy meal. This was probably the most enjoyable night of our ten-night trip. The location is perfect, it's far from the bad side of town, and in a large retail area with tons of restauraunts and shops within walking distance. It was full by the end of the night, though, so don't count on a room unless you make a reservation!
We really enjoyed the cleanliness and size of the room. Location was perfect for why we were in town.
I like that this hotel is located close to food and shopping options.

Nice, clean and very quiet with a big room. I’ve lived in Sac for years and never knew of this place. Staff was wonderful, I had a problem with Booking.com and she helped me get if fixed. Thank you
Large spacious room, clean, good bed and lighting. When renovations are complete this will be a very smart looking place. But it isn't at present.

The receptionists were also very helpful in giving me good information about the hotel, the area, and Sacramento. The hot tub was great, although the pool was ice cold in November! I felt the price was a bargain for the quality of the hotel.

Clean and comfortable hotel in a great locaation. Stayed with my daughter for a visit to attend the Sacramento Nutcracker. The theater is right next door, and afterwards we were able to walk to dinner a couple of blocks away (Frank Fats). The hotel is as expected for a Hyatt Regency: comfortable, very clean; courteous staff. Room was large and beds very comfortable.

Really nice hotel. The staff were incredible. The lady who runs the breakfast room is extremely helpful and friendly, a highlight of my stay. The receptionists were also very helpful in giving me good information about the hotel, the area, and Sacramento. The hot tub was great, although the pool was ice cold in November! I felt the price was a bargain for the quality of the hotel.

Hotel looked beautiful, very clean and professional
The Kimpton Sawyer is located in the downtown area and is within easy walking distance of the historic area and the main museums (although the Automobile Museum is a long walk away). The hotel has large clean rooms, good facilities (including a decent restaurant within the building, albeit under different ownership) and helpful staff.
Great location, nice amenities and facilities but be aware you are charged an amenity fee of $25.00 as part of the booking cost so you are paying for them.

I stop in this hotel every time I drive to Boise to visit my daughter. This is an amazing place. Great location in a quiet area, very clean, large and comfortable rooms, very friendly staff, and the breakfast is exceptional. Very nice hotel, clean and well maintained. Great gym, and the rooms had everything you need to make an easy meal. This was probably the most enjoyable night of our ten-night trip. The location is perfect, it's far from the bad side of town, and in a large retail area with tons of restauraunts and shops within walking distance. It was full by the end of the night, though, so don't count on a room unless you make a reservation!
We really enjoyed the cleanliness and size of the room. Location was perfect for why we were in town.

Rooms are beautiful and very clean. Staff at reception and restaurant/ bar very friendly and helpful. The hotel lobby has a really nice buzz and guest like to spend time there chatting or waiting. A very welcoming and pleasant atmosphere. Also easy to reach from the highway, central and close to the river.

There is no breakfast. The hotel was very clean, excellent actually! The staff was helpful and very friendly! The atmosphere is inviting, I actually set outside my room to relax and read. The location was perfect with everything within walking distance.

The staff were very kind and helpful. The scent upon entry was fabulous! They offer complimentary fruit infused water upon arrival and they always greeted us whenever we entered or exited the property. The room was clean. The staff were very accommodating when we requested additional bedding items.

Amazing location
The location is great! Close to everything, food & shopping. Lots of choices and close to freeway. The hotel is very nice and they do offer breakfast, which is ok, nothing great but at least it is offered. The bed was very comfortable and the shower was nice, we liked having the hand held shower head.

It's a very nice hotel. Our room was surprisingly large; I didn't realize I'd reserved a suite with two separate bedrooms! It was perfect for us... my wife and I stayed in one room and my two daughters stayed in the second room. It really was like a small 2-bedroom apartment. The entire place is very clean, with a friendly and accommodatingly helpful staff.

Very nice hotel, clean and well maintained. Great gym, and the rooms had everything you need to make an easy meal. This was probably the most enjoyable night of our ten-night trip. The location is perfect, it's far from the bad side of town, and in a large retail area with tons of restauraunts and shops within walking distance. It was full by the end of the night, though, so don't count on a room unless you make a reservation!
We really enjoyed the cleanliness and size of the room. Location was perfect for why we were in town.

Clean and comfortable hotel in a great locaation. Stayed with my daughter for a visit to attend the Sacramento Nutcracker. The theater is right next door, and afterwards we were able to walk to dinner a couple of blocks away (Frank Fats). The hotel is as expected for a Hyatt Regency: comfortable, very clean; courteous staff. Room was large and beds very comfortable.

Hotel looked beautiful, very clean and professional
The Kimpton Sawyer is located in the downtown area and is within easy walking distance of the historic area and the main museums (although the Automobile Museum is a long walk away). The hotel has large clean rooms, good facilities (including a decent restaurant within the building, albeit under different ownership) and helpful staff.
Great location, nice amenities and facilities but be aware you are charged an amenity fee of $25.00 as part of the booking cost so you are paying for them.

Rooms are beautiful and very clean. Staff at reception and restaurant/ bar very friendly and helpful. The hotel lobby has a really nice buzz and guest like to spend time there chatting or waiting. A very welcoming and pleasant atmosphere. Also easy to reach from the highway, central and close to the river.

There is no breakfast. The hotel was very clean, excellent actually! The staff was helpful and very friendly! The atmosphere is inviting, I actually set outside my room to relax and read. The location was perfect with everything within walking distance.

Would like to note before starting it is an older hotel so please keep that in mind while reading this review:The location was great for our needs. The room felt decently spacious and was clean. Nowhere else close by could compete with the value and quality for a night's stay. No extra fee for parking was a major plus. The rate of the hotel was affordable.
I liked that the room itself was clean, no bugs or anything. Everything on first-look seemed fine. The pool facilities were nice and quiet, there was hot water and amenities for the bathroom as well. The front desk also assisted me in extending my stay for the weekend instead of the one day, which Booking.com could not seem to do. They were very accommodating in that way.

Beautiful hotel in a historical building, very central, close to everything - sightseeing, restaurants, shopping. Beautiful room, comfortable beds, this had everything we needed. I loved the political quotes and puns, it is unique and fun. Staff was very friendly, polite and helpful.

The Kimpton Sawyer is located in the downtown area and is within easy walking distance of the historic area and the main museums (although the Automobile Museum is a long walk away). The hotel has large clean rooms, good facilities (including a decent restaurant within the building, albeit under different ownership) and helpful staff.
Great location, nice amenities and facilities but be aware you are charged an amenity fee of $25.00 as part of the booking cost so you are paying for them.

Our room was clean. The bed was so comfortable. We enjoyed the soap and shampoo provided. I was impressed by the brand used. Loved the Keurig in the room. Crisp sheets. Right off the freeway. Spacious and well lit room. Very nice employees.

There is no breakfast. The hotel was very clean, excellent actually! The staff was helpful and very friendly! The atmosphere is inviting, I actually set outside my room to relax and read. The location was perfect with everything within walking distance.

Property was extremely clean, brand new looking. Lots of parking, close to restaurants, grocery stores and a gas station. Breakfast was great, computer in the lobby, pool & gym are nice. There’s BBQ pits by the pool!

I stop in this hotel every time I drive to Boise to visit my daughter. This is an amazing place. Great location in a quiet area, very clean, large and comfortable rooms, very friendly staff, and the breakfast is exceptional. I would raccomend this hotel, wether if you spend just one night, or if you stay longer.

Would like to note before starting it is an older hotel so please keep that in mind while reading this review:The location was great for our needs. The room felt decently spacious and was clean. Nowhere else close by could compete with the value and quality for a night's stay. No extra fee for parking was a major plus. Amazing location
The location is great! Close to everything, food & shopping. Lots of choices and close to freeway. The hotel is very nice and they do offer breakfast, which is ok, nothing great but at least it is offered. The bed was very comfortable and the shower was nice, we liked having the hand held shower head.

The staff were very kind and helpful. The scent upon entry was fabulous! They offer complimentary fruit infused water upon arrival and they always greeted us whenever we entered or exited the property. The room was clean. The staff were very accommodating when we requested additional bedding items.

Bedding 10/10
The arrival lot is very small to register, once you've registered there is a large parking lot. One thing I've noticed is in the bath room, it's not just comfort suites every one has gone to the soap, shampoo & conditioner, in wall pump bottles, this includes the handicapped rooms. The problem is because I'm an amputee I can't reach them. The room was very clean. One thing I've learned from my husband is to check the filters in the air conditioner/heaters, I've been to a few that the filters were so dirty you couldn't see light through them, I have to say these filters we're exceptionally clean. I will always consider Comfort Suites a place to stay.
All of the staff were helpful, considerate, and friendly. I had a few issues that were not hotel related and the front desk staff extended service to help me solve them. I truly appreciate their help.

We have stayed at this motel 6 numerous times. The rooms are quiet. The beds and pillows are very comfortable. The staff are very friendly and accommodating. Thank you to Kayjay and her staff for making our stays at this hotel so pleasurable.

Hotel looked beautiful, very clean and professional
The Kimpton Sawyer is located in the downtown area and is within easy walking distance of the historic area and the main museums (although the Automobile Museum is a long walk away). The hotel has large clean rooms, good facilities (including a decent restaurant within the building, albeit under different ownership) and helpful staff.
Great location, nice amenities and facilities but be aware you are charged an amenity fee of $25.00 as part of the booking cost so you are paying for them.

Clean and quiet room. Staff very accomodating.
The room felt very clean and had a very pleasant smell. Most staff were very helpful and friendly for any questions we had at check-in. The area was overall pretty quiet and clean.

The rooms are nice and very comfortable. Heating and aircon were both effective. Parking is easy and free. The staff is good and helpful.

Breakfast was better than some other hotels, for sure. We were here to visit CSUS and this was conveniently close. We happened upon a great restaurant not too far from here. The room was spotlessly clean. Nice comfortable beds. The AC was effective.

Quiet and peaceful at the location, comfortable and nice room
Nice, clean and very quiet with a big room. I’ve lived in Sac for years and never knew of this place. Staff was wonderful, I had a problem with Booking.com and she helped me get if fixed. Thank you
Large spacious room, clean, good bed and lighting. When renovations are complete this will be a very smart looking place. But it isn't at present.
