Location was great and close to restaurants/clubs. Beach access was great and there are multiple pools available so it never felt over crowded. Breakfast times were decent and ended right before noon.

Service can be a little slow by the pool, and the food isn¿t that great but other than that everything about this place is great! I have stayed at 7 different hotels in Mazatlan and this is my personal favorite.

Nothing really.
I loved that the hotel was right on the beach and I had an ocean view. Could watch the sunrise and sunset from my balcony. The pool was nice and the bar was staffed the entire time of pool hours. Beer and food prices were not expensive at all.

I was looking for a quiet place... this place is quiet you never found the receptionist, no security, no housekeeping nobody .. that's why the service was terrible

It's close to everything
I got there and they gave me a room in a corner it was very dirty. I complained about but the front desk said they didn¿t have any other rooms at the moment. Eventually I was able to get a new room the next day. The hotel is really old and not maintained
